This review is a reflection of the service, not the drink itself. The employees at this place are very rude. I've experienced horrible customer service 3 different times from 3 different people. I thought it was just the person but everyone at this location seems to have horrible attitudes so they must hire similar personalities. I went to redeem my free bday smoothie. I called ahead of time to find out about the criteria for redeeming it and was told that as long as I show my ID I can get my smoothie. Well, I arrive and NOPE! Ordered a wheatgrass,then she took six people's orders because one was for a dozen drinks.while the first person in back started one of the drink orders (instead of mine),then called for help to make more drink orders(instead of mine) then after ten minutes cashier proceeded to make mine.you really should put 2oz in an 3 or 4 oz cup,that way when a person opens it ,a half ounce doesn't spill all over your hand,turning it green. read more

Just happened to spot this while driving down Lankershim and banked a hard right because I wasn't going to make it to lunch without starving to death. Scored a street spot right in front of the entrance which was super convenient. It seemed like there were was an excess of people scheduled for a Friday morning, but they were all really friendly and at least they weren't standing around. As far as Jamba Juices go, this one is super clean, bright and airy. Ordered my favorite Gotta Guava smoothie and it was ready super fast. Hangry solved. read more

I finally decided to give this location another shot after everything that happened. With brittney, I arrived and explained to them that someone had told me because of the inconvenience that would re make my items. The manager Megan came out and began to state that it was our fault for arriving late. Therefore they couldn't do anything. And I'm waisting they're time. She made it seem like my inconvenience and time didn't matter. She said "okay well I gave you a refund, we're you going to order or " in a very rude manner. Came here on Thursday night around 10pm to get orange juice. The cashier guy said that they have already cleaned the machine and will not able to make the juice. Is this a joke ??? There are closing at 11pm and refusing to provide a service even though they will still be open for another hour... There were 2 employees in the store - the cashier and rude manager lady. I asked the manager weather she is able to make the juice, she refused to do so even though she had an hour before closing. Well, this location is losing a lot of business in order to close the doors and leave asap. This is my favorite Jamba in the valley. The store is exceptionally clean, and the employees are phenomenal. This location can get extremely busy due to its proximity to a number of businesses , a gym, and a huge transportation hub, however the staff is fast and efficient in getting drinks out in a timely manner. They are able to handle rushes like a well oiled machine. There is plenty of seating if I want to enjoy my meal there, and they also validate! read more

These young girls working here were not properly trained especially in regards to sanitation. None of them was wearing any gloves (using napkins to grab food items), knives and other utensils were thrown in a cup holder without being wash after use, and equipment looked poorly cleaned. Can't support this... I'd blame this on management but what I saw was very nerve wrecking. I was so disgusted and disappointed with what I saw that I asked for a refund. Normally I would just take the drink and not come back but this was on another level! #Trust And I told them no ice but of course they weren't paying attention to details. I'm a creature of habit but after talking to who I believe was the manager Megan she had me jump the shark and try one of there off the menu special secret menu items. She was charming and nice and decided to give it a try, no dissapointment, was really good. I'm new to the Metro scene but glad I can get a refreshing drink either on my way to work or coming home.
