My daughter and I have been going here for a really long time. In the past it's always been so consistently good. So this review is solely based on our last 3 visits over about a 5 week period. It's just off. We both order the same drink each time. Caribbean passion X 2 and they just don't taste right. I taste hers and she mine. Off. This is my favorite Jamba in the 209! Although it seems like they've had some turnover of staff in the last year, they're still doing a good job on the weekend and evening shifts. That's all I can speak to as I come here during those times. They are always kind and polite, even when they are really busy. This location blends the best. The smoothie consistency is on point. The new rewards program is not my fave as it's NOT user friendly and they stopped selling fresh juices. But those are corporate issues and nothing that the store could do anything about. If I can give a zero I would. I've been a customer here for years. Now that they changed their point system to an app, it was not letting me open up my rewards after I signed up. I asked the associate how I can apply my rewards and she said she can touch my phone. I wasn't asking her to touch my phone, just simply getting directions to apply my rewards. She said sorry they're not allowed to touch phones. Again. I understand if that's their policy not to touch anyone's phones but the company didn't teach their associates how to give proper directions and provide better customer service when they rolled out this new rewards program. I'm sure I'm not the only one who may need a little assistance to familiarize themselves with the app. Jamba corporate needs to train their associates better on how to handle these situations. read more

You order online for the convenience not to wait longer than your pick up time and for the staff to give attitude by proceeding to throw my bag at me causing my drink to spill all over my baked goods was uncalled for. This is our go to Jamba when we are craving a smoothie and don't want to do it at home. I've never had a bad one at all. All the flavors are yummy! Recently when I went I ordered 3 drinks. One was a child's drink that comes in a child size cup, which my daughter loves! The girl putting the drinks in our cups asked me if I wanted my daughters extra smoothie. I said sure and she put it in another cup. It was like a whole other cup full. SCORE for my daughter. I thought that was super awesome that she offered me the rest, I'm sure she would of just tossed the rest. I love their deals that they have all the time too. I always order Triple Revitalizater (fresh squeezed oranges, carrots and bananas) that costs about $5. The juice that I order is very easy to make at home, which I have actually started doing and it even tastes better. If you have a good juicer and a blender at home and want to save money, start making your own. I only come here when: 1) I'm out of fruits, 2) too lazy to make my own juice or 3) I have received a gift card. Jamba juice is a great option for busy working people in the morning who want to stay healthy and fit, taking kids out for a treat and/or you want to look like the Instagram health guru/makeup artist who looks amazing even though she has undergone plastic surgery and blesses her pictures with photoshop and filters. I would not recommend this place for a date because of the constant loud noise of blenders but if you are tired of your kids keep crying and yelling, it will cancel out the noise :) The workers of the stores are always nice and attentive, the only thing is that with all the workers working, there's always a long wait even if you are the only customer. read more
