Anyways, We go in there this morning to place an order. They have a sign that says their card reader was down so you have to make an on line purchase if you need to use a card. BEHIND THAT SIGN was another sign saying they can't take bills over $20. With that being said we didn't see that sign. All I had was a $50 dollar bill. They gave me a nasty attitude about it. Didnt see it as a huge deal since my change would have been less then $25 I asked if they can make an exception since their machine was down and the "manager" who couldn't have been older then 17-18 years old couldn't even handle a conversation with me. It was like I was hurting his feelings for even asking. I did try downloading their app but after it requesting for me to change my settings on my iPhone just to be able to sign up it became more than frustrating! I will never go back there again. I don't need attitude from children you employee or care to hear them talk about who hates who and who is a "fucking bitch or a slut" and that's their conversation in the back like it was a damn high school lunch room

First off I think it's a travesty that you guys charge a service fee for credit cards which is somewhat hidden on where you tap the card. 3.5%. By default when you check out 18% gratuity is automatically checked. That was also a surprise to me. I was with friends and did not pay attention. It is insane that three drinks would come out to about just under $25. Only did I come in the next time to find out that you guys have 18% gratuity marked as default on the next trip. And then only did I find out on a subsequent trip that there was a 3.5% service fee. This previous time that I went I just needed to wash my hands and I was told I'm not able to use the bathroom despite buying drinks. I'm not a transient. I'm a paying guest. I guess that paid $25 for three drinks only to be turned away from using the bathroom. I ended up walking to target to wash my hands. thanks sharetea, great business pratice. I can't say I've had a positive experience at this location. Definitely when Brew tea opens up I've never going to this sharetea again. That's the only thing you guys have going for you that you're one of the few boba places up here. The staff is not bad. Most of my gripes just have to deal with management and poor business practices.

Today I tried the banana split bowl and it was very satisfying. It made me feel better that there was some added vanilla whey protein in the açaí blend. They used to have a punch card way back when for a rewards but now I do not think they offer anything for frequent customers.

But I come upon Linda mopping the pool deck (actually, it's tile). I'm reminded about how a few weeks ago I saw LVAC manager and staff hand scrubbing the pool shower. Whoa baby - it was into an hour when I left and they were still scrubbing! Last night Linda had a mop. Easy peasy compared to scrubbing. The smoothie awesome. The girl who took my order and made the wrap, worst wrap I've ever had. The wrap was the sloppiest I've ever had and tasted nothing like the last time I ordered it. I'm not sure what was going on with this girl, but I'll never let her make me food again. Her personality came off as like she really didn't want to be there and by the looks and taste of Thai wrap, she should not be there.
