I've had the Coffee Dream Machine before, but today it seemed much more watery than the usual smoothie consistency. They're featuring some fun drinks this month, including Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Chocolate Covered Orange, and Chocolate Covered Raspberry. Looking back, I probably should've tried one of those for February, but my mind was set on coffee They also have new food items on the menu like chicken empanadas and mozzarella & herb bites. I was surprised when we went here they even have a drive thru. It is a lot bigger on the inside. They have a dining area inside and outside. The place itself was pretty clean. It wasn't too busy. I was greeted right away and shortly placed my order. We ordered: 1. Razzmatazz- a classic go-to for my husband. 2. Mango morphosis - my new go to, a little sad I couldn't actually see the morphosis and if I had it mixed all the way since it was in a paper cup. Overall, a good experience. i like my jamba to be that slushy texture and not watery. Second time here and i felt like the taste for some of these recipes have change quite a bit the last time i had them. Not too sure if blueberry fruity pebbles was taken off the underground drinks but i referred to another flavor that tasted just like it the employee suggested. Nope, it was so sour that i didn't want to finish it. it tasted nothing like i remember. Luckily i got another drink which was an original white gummy and ended up switching my drink with my other half. First stuff I do not like Jamba Juice. I'm not gonna lie to you, but I went there one day to try their pumpkin stuff I think last year or two years ago. But their pumpkin stuff is so good their pumpkin crunch is it's just really good to be honest with you. It's perfect between that smooth texture and then you got the crunchy little bit in it. It's just very good, but I didn't order that this time so let's discuss the smash bowl. That's really good as well. I love the bananas in it. I wish there was a little bit more bananas and granola in it for you know how to find texture but otherwise it's good the coconut cream on top is it OK? I think I'd prefer it without it so next time I may get it without it. The pretzel the pretzel is in my opinion. Horrible. I do not like it. I think it is very. The flavor is just not it and it is super dry. It should come with the sauce that would maybe make it more tolerable but again, I am not a fan of this at all. I had to give it three stars because half of it was good and half of it was not to my liking whatsoever. The person at the window was very nice. I always get smoothies from this location. Last night I asked them to double blend and there was fruit still at the bottom and my smoothie wasn't filled to the top. That was around 7pm and didn't feel like coming back, didn't call either I figured I would stop in today. I came in this morning and spoke to Oscar and he offered a remake. I provided my receipt and he was helpful. Gia who was the MOD came in hot with sass. We usually don't do remakes without the previous product but since he's already making it I guess it's fine. I hear you on the policy, but no one is trying to get over on you. And you could have been more polite. It's not the message but how it was delivered. Gia could use some basic customer service skills. She made me feel bad for wanting quality product for the money I spent! I always order ubereats or come through this location. And I feel disrespected as if I'm a scammer. UPDATE: I just had the smoothie and it was watered down and nasty. I feel like that was intentional. I ordered a waffle from Gia. Welp This is my neighborhood Jamba that I usually patronize 6-7 days a week . My go to item is the açaí bowl and sometime the topping on top are plentiful and sometimes not . When I have a lighter bowl day I simply go inside and ask for the team to adjust it . Well today we were charged for it and that fine, it was $.79 and I don't have a problem paying if the staff asks . When returning to pay for it... my boyfriend was greeted rudely by the manager with a "What's the problem now? What do you want ?" After he lets her know that she's being rude and that was unnecessary she quickly tells him that he shouldn't be raising his voice in the establishment. No apology, nothing. All she said was "Well that's your opinion." So when he got back into the car visibly upset, I went in and asked for her name and the store number to report the incident to corporate. Her response was : "No! Just refer to me as the manager. The store number is on the receipt. " When I asked why she wouldn't just give the information , she stated that I was abusing her, I was raising my voice, and that it is a private establishment . Not to come back to this store ever again. She was argumentative, dismissive, and rude . She shouldn't be working in customer service . I let her know I will be back every day until I get her name so that I can file a formal report . No ONE should treat paying customers this way. There are literally tiny pieces of ROCKS in my peach perfection smoothie. I am not sure how. I am disgusted. I am even more disgusted how the employees reacted. Finally a Jamba Juice that's close to me! I can here twice in two days. Day 1 I ordered a White Gummi and a Mango-a-Go-Go through the app. I got my order very quickly and there was barely any line in the drive through. Day 2 I ordered a Caribbean Passion (show in picture) at the drive through but again the line went by pretty quick. White Gummi - exactly how you expect it to taste. It's incredibly refreshing and sweet. Definitely my go to drink when it's hot outside. Mango-a-Go-Go - very tropical and a strong mango flavor which I love! I have never had a bad experience with any location I have been to. I ordered through the drive through, and my trascation was great as great it gets. I usually get a Mango-a-go-go, but I figured I would try something new. Of course, as my indecive self, I need a minute but the staff was nice enough to wait. I ordered a Island Pataya Bowl, and it was amazing! The fruits were so nicely and freshly cut. Everything was perfect. The flavor of the blended Pitaya was sooooo good! All the toppings were distributed evenly. The staff was super nice. I just registered for their reward point system, and I understand they are a new location and probably still have to work out the kinks. So, be patient with them if they cannot scan your phone for your points. I had them enter my email and they were able to reward me my points without any hassle and without any inconvienence to them.
