This place is a joke. I placed a pick up order for a goji berry crunch with ACAI. When I arrived I followed the instructions on the board and called. The girl who answered sounded flustered and told me there wasn't anymore acai. I asked her if she could switch my base to Pitaya. She acted like she understood. 10 minutes passes, no smoothie bowl. I go inside to see what's going on only to find out that the girl I spoke to on the phone did not relay the message! So I was waiting for nothing. I'm astonished by the young man who dropped off my smoothie. I've been coming here for years. I prefer Smoothie King over Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Frankly, it's just better. But, lately I've had to frequent curbside pickup. I have just had a baby. So, I enjoy the convenience of not getting out of the car with the baby. This time when I went to pick up the young man working stood at my car window in expectation of a tip. I thought that this was so ridiculous. And, I was very much offended. They have the menu broken down by types which is really nice, especially because they have so many options it can be overwhelming trying to make a decision. I tried one of their "Wellness" smoothies- the veggie lemon ginger spinach. It was so refreshing, especially after a workout. The sizes are huge and well worth the bang for your buck. In comparison to Tropical smoothie, Smoothie King blows it out of the park. The ingredients truly taste fresh. I've noticed most are organic and hardly use any additive sugars. There isnt many people that come to this location. The location itself is a little difficult to get to as its behind target in a secluded area. Parking is spacious.
