This Jamba spot is in the plaza of my job. There's a number of restaurants that are also in the area as well. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. Jaden was the person that assisted me. I was asked, Do you have the Jamba App? I replied, I don't think so. Jaden recommended me to download the app this way I would be able to receive instant savings and accrue points/rewards for FREEBIES. I was very appreciative that he recommended the app for me to download. I now have 77 points, and a few offers that I wasn't expecting to have so quickly. I ended up purchasing the Watermelon Breeze which was kinda expensive and I didn't know that it had some grainy texture which wasn't what I was hoping for. Those grains scratched my throat every time I went to take a sip. I love Watermelon but I don't know if I'll try that again. I'll definitely inquire to see if they use some types of powdery ingredients to thicken the texture of the smoothie? It's not a crazy question to ask right, lol? My overall experience was pleasant enough that I'll return, not gonna be a regular cause I'm more of a Tropical Cafe' type of Chick. The spot was very clean, and it's a nice spot to bring groups of people along. Stopped in to Orange Julius for a smoothie. I normally I normally go to bowlology, but today I wanted to switch things up. I ordered an orange dream machine and it was really refreshing. You get a burst of vitamin C from the orange juice and I really can't complain about anything. The young lady who assisted me was very nice. That was my first visit to a Jamba Juice. I've been to other smoothie spots before, but never to one of these. We happened upon it on our way to Chipotle, and my husband was craving greens. We decided to stop in after lunch. Jamba Juice specializes in veggie and fruit juice drinks: smoothies, juices, and shots (wheat grass and an orange, ginger, cayenne shot) They did have food, but we didn't look at it, since we had just eaten. Posters in the shop boast that they never use any artificial sweeteners, and no high fructose corn syrup in their smoothies, unlike some of their competitors. This location is clean and open. Service was friendly, even if it was a bit...off? We ordered two of the same drink, and apparently, she only heard us order one. But it could have been the way we answered, too. Our smoothies were ready pretty quickly. We both ordered the Greens N Ginger smoothie: a blend of Lemonade, Mangos, Kale, Ice, Peaches and Ginger Puree. The website describes it this way: "if mangos, peaches, kale, lemonade and ginger were physically able to skip through a meadow together holding hands, this would be the result." Its actually an accurate description. This drink was delicious. Sweet, but not too sweet. Spicy from the ginger...I don't know that I'll ever try another drink there, this was so awesome. And now I discovered the ginger shots that you can get with your choice of lemon or orange juice, if you like it spicy don't forget the cayenne! Came here because someone gave me a gift card. Ordered a on banana smoothie and a classic sausage and egg sandwich. First of all the smoothie tastes like nothing but unflavored protein powder. There's absolutely no banana or peanut butter taste whatsoever. Onto the sandwich. The frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches are 100 times better than this crap. This is our local store and I don't really complain about what I order but this acai bowl I have to disagree 100% today...if you don't have ripe fruit or at least soft that you can enjoy it then leave it out or at least let the customer know. I was at Jamba on 5/09/2022, around a little after 1 pm. I purchase a small smoothie but then change my mine on the flavor. The young lady was able to fix it for me. I told the cashier who was a young man that I've never had one that it didn't matter if the ingredients were off A little. I'm from Cali where Jamba is king and frankly I'm surprised they don't have as many in the area but my standards of service I expect from Jamba are on par of the ones I've been to and this one fell Way way short... My bestie and I came in here and placed our order for one smoothie with spinach , the horchata coffee drink which is stellar and we opted to do two shots of ginger . While the cashier whose name I don't know since she didn't give me my receipt , seemed pleasant it was not in a sincere way . Later when my friend went to pay she was advised they couldn't break a large bill due to a manager not being on duty ... not wanting to take large bills I understand but using your manager as the reasoning shows poor problem solving skills . When she tried to send my friend to subway to get change . I knew from having prior experience working in this industry that nobody was going to give her change . As my poor friend went on a hunt for change I paid . Again wasn't given a receipt but I tried to advise them I was going to get my friend , upon reentry I found my friends name being called as if the whole order was there and a clueless unfriendly lady giving one drink later saying the rest will be up they continued to just call up I had to get up three times , normally they use your name and let you know to keep a look out and don't keep calling either way it was totally unsatisfactory . Especially when the cashier didn't add spinach as requested than proceeded to not even want to make one from scratch but reblend it while charging the 1.25 for the spinach she supposedly didn't charge for .. it wasn't worth fighting and if she gave a friendly solution and a fresh drink I'd of paid no problem but not even a genuine apology ?
