The boba tea was fair, nothing special and the customer service was not a great as expected. The addition of the kiosk may be the downfall of this and many other businesses. I fear the lack of social interaction makes many associates not very hospitable. There is a handwritten sign that says you can only order at the register if you use cash ( most of us no longer carry cash). So I had to use the kiosk but hadn't been to this boba spot before and had questions. I felt like I was bothering the team members with my questions about how to order certain things and what certain menu items means (not all boba places are built the same so it seemed natural to ask instead of assume). Stopped by here for an afternoon dinner treat. It wasn't busy at all for a Friday night. There are very few seats inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The the coffee slush is my husbands choice with comes with the option of ice cream on top or blended into the drink. This drink is a bit on the higher on the caffeine side, so just a heads up if that's a deal breaker. It should also be pointed out that most drinks are made in the large cup (24oz I believe). Due to my obvious caffeine addiction, I ordered their classic milk tea, half sweet with a black tea base. Quality and taste was slightly below average . Today we went to this Sharetea because it's right by our house and we usually visit the spring mtn one. We we're greeted very friendly even though the line was all the way outside !
