I was craving a Vietnamese iced coffee so I decided to stop in to try one. The location is in an awkward area and there is a lot of construction right next door. I was greeted immediately and offered help if I needed it but opted to order on the tablet instead. I tried the Vietnamese iced coffee 70% sweetness and it was delicious. Only downside was that it wasn't filled to the top but it seems like that's how they serve it here? My daughter got the mango iced tea with popping boba & that was amazing as well. Will definitely return to try some other items.
This place was a bit hard to get to since there was lack of U-turns at the stoplight but nonetheless it was easy to find. The interior was bright and cute. I appreciate a self serve kiosk so it was nice to see but you can also order with someone. I tried the passionfruit green tea with strawberry popping boba and thought it was pretty good. There was also an option to get the drink without passionfruit seeds which I appreciated so much. Although, without the strawberry pooping boba, the green tea wasn't that sweet even though I did 120% sweetness. I would recommend to someone wanting a refreshing drink with quick service as well as a nice ambiance.
Came here around 10pm for some late boba. This place is very modern and clean. Their ingredients seem fresh. The menu has a large variety of teas, coffee, and blended fruit. The staff Adrian, Amanda, and Angel were all super patient with the kids to help them decide. A+ service lol. Definitely making this my new go-to for boba.
Such a great tea shop we keep coming back for more. The customer service is amazing they are always friendly and greet us when we enter and the drinks are consistently good! The inside is cute and clean they have a claw machine as well that I won a bear on my first try as well lol. 6-8$ for a drink might be pricey to some but everyone has their vices I guess. This north Vegas spot is worth a try :)
Presotea is a new boba place originally from Taiwan. They are located on the north side of town. Items tried and liked (so far): Signature Fruit Tea - 30 % Sweetness Strawberry Cloud - 30% & 50% Sweetness Avocado Smoothie - 30% Sweetness Matcha Cloud - 50% Sweetness, next time will get 30% Caramel Milk Tea - 50% Sweetness, next time will get 30% Drinks were delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. We ordered from the kiosk inside. Service was excellent. They were nice and asked if we needed any help using kiosk. Interior was nice and clean. Parking was plentiful. Highly recommend. I hope you decide to check them out :)
I would definitely consider myself a regular here! Having been to the grand opening and learning about this establishment, I've met the owners and their family. They truly take pride in their craft. Upon entering, you are able to order through the kiosk using card. If you prefer cash, just ask an employee and they will take care of you. I always opt for the Brown Sugar Crème Brûlée with Boba, but I have tried the Hawaiian Slush and Oreo drinks. All have never failed me in quality. The Boba and Crystal Boba are always the perfect consistency. Drinks are fairly priced. Fun fact: Presotea is located in other states also :)
Update on my previous yelp review. I want to give a big Thank You to PRESOTEA for going beyond to make things right. I previously had an experience where i wasn't happy with the service, so i shared my honest feedback. I really appreciated that PRESOTEA took the time to see my concerns. I came back today, ordered my favorite drink and had a much better experience. I truly appreciate the effort they made to take care of the situation and show that they value their customers. THANK YOU PRESOTEA, for listening and making things right. I'll definitely be coming back for my favorite drink!!!
The place is nice There are lots of drink options. From tea, coffee, specialty drinks and refresher drinks.. I am a bit disappointed as there must be a language barrier. I asked what the substitute milk was and I heard almond milk. I confirmed by asking a second time. My order was a Brown Sugar Cream Brulee. It tasted good however, contained oat milk which I am allergic too. Driving home I started having trouble breathing. I didn't see the order label until I got home, that's when I learned that it had oat milk in it. I'm at home having anaphylactic symptoms and hives. The drinks are a bit costly to have a mess up. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to the milk and milk substitute not being something I'm allergic to. Those who like specialty drinks, please visit. My review is not to deter people from going. I'm just saying, check your order before you leave. Happy Yelping!
I came by Presotea by accident and honestly, it was the best coincidence of my morning! I had stopped by 7-11 for gas and I was going to grab a coffee, and I was driving away, I saw this place tucked away and I was sold because I'm a huge boba person haha. I went inside and immediately noticed how clean and nice it was in there. Their menu is pretty extensive (in a good way) and there are lots of delicious options to choose from. I feel like it's so rare to find a place that serves really good milk teas in the North Vegas area, and this place is absolutely delicious. Their service was so friendly and fast. I ordered the Lychee Milk Tea and I was soooo beyond happy! I can't wait to come back omg! Definitely a hidden gem!
New boba shop in town!! I tried a few of their drinks and they did not disappoint. They have a variety of drinks and the service was great. The boba drinks weren't that special compare to the surrounding boba shops in town. Overall I'd be back to try other drinks.
This is a little shop kind of small but very nice. They have little claw machines and you can order on an iPad or with a person with is convenient. Our favorites are the clouds! Definitely recommend! We always do add one such as the black pearl, popping boba, lychee jelly, and pudding! I did not like the kumquat tea because it was too sour! Maybe adding more flavor to the teas would be my recommendation. All in all I would recommend.

Awesome new Tea, Coffee, and Smoothie/Boba joint in N LV! They also offer Vietnamese coffee! You're able to customize your drink like sugar levels which is great if you're watching your sweet levels. The service has been top notch and we've been here now 3 times in the past couple of weeks. A total must and great alternative instead of driving all the way to China town. read more
Glad I was able to stop by and give them a try. They've been in the neighborhood for about a year now and glad I was able to try. Service was ok and nothing really stood out. I ordered the Lychee Fruit Tea and added pearl boba with 50% sweetness. I didn't want it too sweet. My drink was so refreshing and it tasted amazing! Great spot! read more

I absolutely LOVE Presotea in LA and was so excited when I found out they opened a location here! There's a million drinks to choose from and I wish it was closer to Southwest/China town area so I can try them all! I did get the same drink and it ended up being super sweet. Maybe 50-70% sweet would be more ideal. read more

I AM OBSESSED!!! This place is SO GOOD! I come here forsure once a week, sometimes twice a week! I cannot get enough of the Oreo cloud with boba!!! The boba is warm and the oreo with the cloud is just so good! I was always a ShareTea person, so i went back just to compare the Oreo drinks and I cannot believe I ever thought that was the best. It was gross! I don't think any other boba place will be able to top this one. Service is always friendly, they greet you upon entering and are always available for questions. It has never really been full, so we never wait more than 5 minutes for our drinks. Aside from the Oreo, I've tried the mango slushie, the blueberry tea, the passion fruit tea, mango tea, there's so many drinks I've had and they are all excellent! Definitely a place to try! read more

This new and fun boba spot just opened near me, and I couldn't be happier . It's a family owned spot with lovely owners . Presotea is different than other shops in town because all of the tea is made with espresso machines . All of the drinks are customizable to your desired sweetness . My significant other and I went during soft opening and also grand opening day. Drinks are consistent! Love that the tea flavor is there with their tea-espresso machine. We went with Supreme Jasmine Green Tea because it's a basic staple that let's us decide on how the tea place is like before we branch off in different drink flavors. I like that the tea flavor is there and isn't subtle or watered down. You can adjust sweetness, ice levels, and add toppings. 50-70% sweetness for the Supreme Jasmine Green Tea was good for me! I usually don't like overly sweet drinks so I appreciate the sweetness adjustment options. The signfiicant other got it at 100% sweetness and it wasn't too overly sweet where you can't taste the tea flavor. Inside, there's a cash register to help with orders and there is also a self-serve kiosk as well. Quick orders or for those who are still indecisive. During soft opening, the staff explained different cream foam toppings and is very friendly. Coffee wasn't yet available but we are excited to try it once grand opening week is over. During grand opening, we got there early but wasn't early enough in line as everyone else. The staff provided drink samples - one milk tea (celon milk tea) and one fruit tea (white peach oolong) while everyone was waiting out in the sun. This was nice because people got to try some flavors they wouldn't think of trying. The wait was long but we got updates as time went by. They handed out menu cards so people can see what they want prior to doors opening & also provided scratcher cards to win prizes! It was also BOGO deal, so we got to try multiple different drink flavors! So happy that there is a location in North Las Vegas for bubble tea drinks! read more

The Vietnamese coffee is sooo good . My daughter gets the strawberry cloud, which is also really good, the staff is also really nice just beware of the games inside. My daughter wanted to play and it took my money then malfunctioned twice so she wasn't able to play. read more

We ordered 8 drinks to be delivered including boba and other toppings in the drinks. We did not get ONE straw. One of us ordered a Vietnamese coffee with a note kindly asking if they can give us a normal amount of ice considering the last time one was ordered there was 98% ice 2% coffee. Finally a boba place close to home that rivals chinatown boba tea places! No more need to drive far.. Their strawberry cloud is so good and also the brown sugar creme brulee reminds me of tiger sugar. Went here 3x in the past 2 weeks. Avo cloud and mango cloud also delicious. So good! read more

The desert is hot! And I was on the search for something to quench my thirst! Came to Presotea and was greeted with the cold air from the A/C as soon as i opened those doors! I ordered the signature fruit tea. I enjoy the kiosk and being able to customize my drink to my liking from the add-ins to the ice. Appreciate the suggestions and staff were super nice! The establishment was clean and welcoming. This will definitely be my go to stop when visiting Las Vegas ! read more
