It's been awhile since we stopped into Better Days. Still a very cute airy coffee house that also serves yummy açaí bowls. We tried the Mellow Bowl and the Build Your Own. Also, tried their affogato which was quite tasty. The young lady that helped us was nice.

Missing California? Better Days really brings that vibe to Vegas w the interior and food. DIY Acai Bowl (4/5) - too sweet for me but aesthetic Service is straightforward. Ambiance is lovely and boho, there's plenty of seating inside and outside. Even on a Saturday winter day, there's a lot of people like us munching on an acai.

    Salted caramel cloud cold brew

I visited and ordered a Salted Cloud Cold Brew and a Tropical Bowl. The bowl was fresh with a nice variety of fruit, and I really enjoyed it. The cold brew had good flavor, but it didn't appear to have any cold foam or anything "cloud-like" on top. I noticed other customers' drinks did have foam, so I asked the cashier whether my drink was indeed the Cloud Cold Brew. She initially said it was not and then went to ask the barista about possibly remaking it. After speaking with the barista, the cashier told me that it was a cloud and that the foam may have mixed in--however, it hadn't, and there was no visible foam. The interaction was a bit confusing, but overall the food itself was good. Clearer communication and consistency with drink presentation would improve the experience.

Located in the EoS Fitness Center plaza, next to Meineke Car Repair. The Vanilla Latte was made perfectly, and so was my Americano. Chill vibes inside and friendly service. They offer military discount. I recommend.

Stoped by for a cup of Matcha and it was not so great. Staff was all friendly and nice but the matcha that was recommended was not. It was the Lovers Matcha. Definitely do not recommend trying this. It was a bit messy inside as well, guessing from a rush in the morning.

Great new treat at better days it's a can't miss drink, the staff continues to provide great fast service.

Went in for a matcha yesterday while I waited for my oil change to be done. $22 for a small matcha and avocado toast that was not toasted . I was not a fan of either. They asked me if it was to go and I said no. They still put it in a to go box. I felt rushed to eat and leave. Most likely won't be retuning.

Stopped by for a coffee fix. Easy parking and lots of tables and nooks and crannies inside. They had several flavored lattes but I opted for an iced latte with maple walnut milk (never heard of that before!) and cinnamon brown sugar syrup. Extra for dairy-free milk and extra for syrup. My bf got the better than basic latte which had cinnamon brown sugar syrup and caramel syrup. I really loved my latte, I enjoyed every sip! The basic latte was also good but sweeter.

Stopped for a quick pick-me-up and grabbed a few açai bowls. So yummy. So filling. The outside and inside seatings are very limited and could be expanded a little more, but overall, service was great and everything was fresh! Highly recommend.

Always a good experience when coming here! The food is amazing. The vibes in the cafe are very cute and trendy. The better basic latte is great! Food does take a little bit to come out, took about 20 minutes for my sandwhich.

Love it here. Already been here multiple times. The quality of the food is always great, and they don't take too long even when they are busy which I appreciate. I would say they have one of the best smoothies you can find on this side of town and their sandwich and burrito options are delicious. There is interior and exterior seating here and it's a very cute light vibe in here. Sometimes they even have vendors here selling home made craft products. Cute spot, good vibes, great food

Espresso flat white test like water. This place not for a coffee roster house. Otherwise, vibes and others are okay. Not the coffee.

    Better Basic Latte

Honestly, the place and vibe is nice. Baristas and Service Staff relatively friendly certainly give off that Gen Z stare/vibe but somewhat expected in 2026? Coffee - mid. Nothing to holler about. Just disappointing cause the reviews and TikTok definitely brought me here. Honestly felt like I'd get a better coffee at DutchBros. Ordered a Desert Sunrise Bagel - taste was solid and something I enjoyed. I just wish it didn't take 18 mins from the time that I paid to receive it. Agree with other reviews that the baristas certainly have no sense of urgency.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

The recent visit was a little chaotic because my two-year-old nephew accidentally spilled my entire drink all over me . It made a huge mess on the table and floor, and I felt so bad. One of the girls came over right away to help clean everything up and was so nice about it. They even offered to make me a new drink, which I definitely wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Thank you again to her!! Stuff like that is why I keep coming back. The matcha is always amazing, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good matcha spot in Vegas.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
