Better Days is such a great coffee spot in Las Vegas. The vibe is cute and relaxed with a boho-style ambiance that feels welcoming and stylish. The drinks were excellent. The matcha and salted cold brew were both standouts and really well made. Definitely worth trying if you visit. There are good seating options, making it a nice place to hang out for a bit. WARNING: Do NOT COME in this coffee shop. You will be RIPPED OFF and will encounter a very BAD ATTITUDE both from a customer service and Management. I don't know what happens to this coffee shop but I now call them Bad or Worst Days coffee rather than their actual name Better Days. Few years ago I had been coming to this coffee shop almost every day and the customer service are nice. After a year I came back and the customer service becomes bad and very rude especially the guy in a beard wearing a hat making coffee is the rudest. 1) Its happens twice now that every time I order coffee at the counter the customer service is not really listening very well when I told her I want a lavender latte and chaggacino both 12 oz with almond milk. Instead she only ring me with one coffee which is lavender and she adds chagaccino. I specifically say two separate coffee lavender and chagacino. 2) I went to the guy with a beard wearing a hat who is making coffee and I told him that this was the second time that the lady in the cashier is not listening and paying attention well to my order. Instead of him apologizing he made a very rude comment saying that I had a very heavy accent which I find it offending and I felt being discriminated. He even told me DO NOT COME BACK in this coffee shop. I told him to just refund me since I did not get my coffee as because of his rudeness I just prefer to walk away rather than stay there wait for them to make my coffee. . He then said that's what his doing refunding me. 3) After few days I found out a charge in my account and I called the coffee shop and i ask politely to speak to a Manager. I explain to a rude lady in the phone what happens and she said that's they will NOT GIVE ME A REFUND and that the customer service has probably a reason to tell me not to come back. She then hang up on me. 4) Nowadays they had a very dirty and smelly bathroom when unlike before when I used to come here almost everyday they had a very clean bathroom. I regret coming back here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here as the customer service becomes RUDE and BAD.Instead of them giving apology to a customer they much rather lost a customer than to retain their regular ones that gives them business all the time. And now I can see because of their rudeness and inconsiderate attitude they prefer to keep their RUDE Staffs. I can now wander why it use to be even when they almost closing time they still had a lot of people going in but now lthey had nothing at all. Instead of leaving with a SMILE on your FACE you will had a BAD or WORST day than what they call themselves better days. I think they should change their name to WORST DAY. read more

I really don't understand why this location has a problem with fulfilling orders properly. Knowing that they take a long time I ordered online. I ordered a latte, 2 sandwiches, and a smoothie. The app says the order is ready so I go in. Most of the order is ready besides the smoothie. Okay, no big deal, I can wait. I'm waiting literally 20 minutes for a smoothie that I ordered online. I ask the girl doing orders whats going on with it. She says they forgot to make it. I waited over 30 minutes AFTER the order was supposedly ready. I visited and ordered a Salted Cloud Cold Brew and a Tropical Bowl. The bowl was fresh with a nice variety of fruit, and I really enjoyed it. The cold brew had good flavor, but it didn't appear to have any cold foam or anything "cloud-like" on top. I noticed other customers' drinks did have foam, so I asked the cashier whether my drink was indeed the Cloud Cold Brew. She initially said it was not and then went to ask the barista about possibly remaking it. After speaking with the barista, the cashier told me that it was a cloud and that the foam may have mixed in--however, it hadn't, and there was no visible foam. The interaction was a bit confusing, but overall the food itself was good. Clearer communication and consistency with drink presentation would improve the experience. read more

Went in for a matcha yesterday while I waited for my oil change to be done. $22 for a small matcha and avocado toast that was not toasted . I was not a fan of either. They had several flavored lattes but I opted for an iced latte with maple walnut milk (never heard of that before!) and cinnamon brown sugar syrup. Extra for dairy-free milk and extra for syrup. The atmosphere is so pretty. They have outdoor patio with umbrellas and the inside is also so pretty. It gives me San Diego vibes a little bit. They have the little slip of paper where you can build your own bowl (unlimited topping!) They have a display with bakery items (only two were there when I went) and sandwich menu too. They're really generous with their toppings even for the 12oz size. As for coffee, I've had their Cold Brew, which is kind of acidic but a good pick me up. My favorite so far is their Better Basic Latte!! I've had it hot & iced, both equally as good. It's not too sweet- just perfect! I absolutely love the vibes inside and on the patio. There's a gym right in front of it so it'd be a good place to get an acai bowl & coffee & just chill. There were a few other customers sitting in their inside and outside seating. It was a beautiful Monday morning, so we decided to sit at a table for two, with covering, outside. Better Days Coffee & Acai offers a wide range of coffee products, build-your-own-Acai-Bowl, smoothies, tea, lemonade, sandwiches, toast, and so much more. I actually wanted to try their Life's Better Sweet, which is sourdough bread, butter, strawberries, banana, honey, seeds, and cinnamon, but I decided to get a hot chocolate, medium with whipped cream instead. Next time, I'll have to try out their toast selection! After placing the order for hot chocolate, and a coffee, we waited less than 5 minutes for our order. The team member brought out our drinks!! The front of this establishment was very nice. Plenty of outside seating, but the inside there were not that many seats available. If you plan on bringing big groups, I suggest you do not. The customer service was nice and welcoming. We grabbed the lavender and ube late. We skipped the lavender syrup and just got a ube late. It was super good. It was not too sweet In addition, we also got a regular late. It was simple and yet so good. Definitely I would come back for another cup. The only reason for the negative one star is cause they are charging Cali prices. I don't expect the type of pricing from Las Vegas.
