We were seated and took some time for the server to come over, when she eventually did we felt extremely rushed to order our drinks and food at the same time... food comes out in a great time management but unfortunately nothing was hot every was lukewarm at best, flavor and presentation was awesome and the food was good but the entire meal we didn't get a refill nor did we get checked on at all, i ate my entire breakfast without a refill, she comes over asks if everyone is okay and we politely asked for a refill after we were already done eating. RESERVATION TIP: They don't take reservations here but 20 minutes before we arrived we did take advantage of the "GET IN LINE" option on their website. We were 4th in line once we walked in the door and had to wait less than 5 minutes to be seated. Jeremy our server, quickly replaced stained coffee cups as we were seated. Good catch . We had the Avocado Toast with Gluten Free Toast and Braised Egg. Delicious! Brace yourself for the Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich! That will satisfy the hungriest most! Music in the background is set to lower than most places making it easier to have a conversation. The upholstered chairs seem to be an upgrade from my last visit - super comfy! I approve! Ha! This is prob our fifth time coming here and we normally enjoy this place. Unfortunately it was Kind of let down this time. It was just ok. I got the avocado toast and my husband got the biscuits and gravy with eggs. His came out about 10 min before mine (weird). The server eventually went and checked on my food and when she brought it to me the eggs were not runny and they were cold. We also got the million dollar Bacon and while it still tasted good, it wasn't as crispy as we normally get it and prefer it. It was overall not the best experience we've had. Even the bathrooms were filthy and no paper towels... it was 9am - only being open 2 hours. There are 4 individual unisex bathrooms. While visiting north Vegas, we stopped into this first watch and loved it. We showed up around 930 on a Sunday morning and there wasnt a line. We were able to be sat quickly. Our waitress was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. It came out hot (even the syrup!). We both had the trifecta - one with the million dollar bacon and the other with the chicken sausage. I finally got to try this place. I ordered the oatmeal. I love oatmeal and brunch spots rarely have it on their menu, so when I see it, I order it. Theirs comes with strawberries, bananas, reduced fat milk, brown sugar, and chopped pecans for toppings. It also includes the muffin for the day. I picked the banana nut that day. All of it was quite good. My waitress, Victoria, could've been a little better. She was nice enough, but my water sat empty for a while without an offer for a refill. She didn't check on me until I was given the check, so I asked for a refill then, which she brought it in a to-go cup, which I didn't really want, but ok, I guess. This is our new favorite breakfast spot! Wish there was a location in the northwest but it's worth the drive for now. Everything is very fresh and not your typical soggy breakfast food. I'm obsessed with the million dollar bacon and potatoes. This place can definitely get busy on the weekends so make sure you plan for that or get on the waitlist ahead of time. I've been to First Watch before in other states so I had an idea of what to expect to see on the menu. This time around I had a really nice experience at First Watch overall. I knew I had to order one of their fresh juices because they're bright, flavorful, and tasted truly fresh. The menu offers a few standard options, but I opted for the Pineapple Express which was a seasonal drink. It was very refreshing and I'd order it again. The Million Dollar Bacon was the star of the show for me though. Perfectly cooked, sweet, savory, and absolutely worth ordering. The Floridian French toast was also really good. Technically it was regular French toast with fruit on top, but I'm picky about my French toast. The bread was fluffy and not soggy. The fruit could have been better. The bananas were on the mushy side but the strawberries and kiwi were fine. The food quality felt fresh and well-prepared, which really stood out. They also served the syrup warm which I absolutely loved. The service was friendly and welcoming once we were seated, and our server was attentive throughout the meal. However, when we first arrived, it did take a while for us to be acknowledged and seated and it wasn't busy, which was a bit disappointing. After that initial delay, everything ran smoothly and the rest of the experience was enjoyable. I heard good things about this place, so thought I'd give it a try. I'm going to start with some things that can improve. My friend and I arrived around 10:05am on a Saturday and put our name down. The hostess said the wait will about about 10 mins. It was hard to believe because a lot of people were waiting at the waiting area and outside. The flavor was good; however, there was very little steak with this dish. I felt like I went on a treasure hunt to find the very few and small pieces of steak, which was very disappointing. There was hardly any steak at all and a lot of potatoes and onions with the eggs. Million dollar bacon has a unique sweet and spicy taste to it. I've been seeing First Watch pop up all over the valley and finally got a chance to check it out with some girlfriends yesterday. What a clean and beautiful restaurant. We tried the Mint Mocha Iced Coffee, Cold Brew with Oat Milk, and Honey Caramel Crunch Coffee, and all were divine! Both my friends had the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs Hash and I had the A.M. Superfoods Bowl. AND, we got the Blueberry Lemon Cornbread (the answer is yes, you must!) for the table. We loved everything we got. I finally had a Saturday off and decided to check out First Watch in North Las Vegas off East Craig Road, and it was absolutely worth it. This is easily one of the best spots for breakfast or brunch any day of the week--but if you can go on a weekend, the experience feels extra special. When we pulled up, a young lady opened the door for us even before we got out of our truck. Sat us right away. We were all impressed with the layout and simple beautiful decor. Music was great for me, not too loud. Soft sounds. All the food was exceptional. We had different things that none of us would normally try. From the service to the food, the coffee was on point , the trippy lowered ceiling to give the look of a full ceiling - crazy. The tables for the booths are larger than most tables at other restaurants and it leaves plenty of room for spreading out your meal so you don't feel cramped. I ordered the Biscuits and Turkey Gravy, and the biscuit was absolutely melt in your mouth as in falling apart as soon as you took a bite. The fluffy dough has a slight hint of more salt than some biscuits or maybe I got one with extra salt but one bite was extremely salty as the rest was delicious. The potatoes were well cooked, seasoned to perfection, and slightly crispy the way I like them. The Million Dollar Bacon was delicious as well. When we arrived I asked for a soft seat as I am disabled. The host helped to get us a clean booth so that I was able to enjoy my meal without pain. Orange Juice: for $4 it wasnt too bad and didn't seem fresh squeezed but it was okay. 2. Purple Haze: the butterfly pea was beautiful as it changed color with the lemon squeeze: it was good, but maybe not worth the amount. Food: 1. Farmers Hash: this was good. The avocado was nice and fresh and paired nicely with the toast. 2. Chilaquiles: the chile sauce was delicious and it was nice and flavorful. 3. Blueberry Pancake: this fell apart like butter and was decadent. It was delish, but it did not come with maple syrup which was weird just the blueberry compote. Sides: 1. Potatoes and Millionaires Potatoes: Unfortunately all the potatoes in every dish and side dish tasted under done. It had a bite, which maybe some people like, but it was a bit grainy for me. She shouted for the gentleman who I assume is the manager on duty to help. I also advised I was going to have her add a rice crispy treat,which they had at the counter. She proceeded to put her hands up to stop me to say she did not know how to do any of it. I get the restaurant is still brand new, but a simple hey Im not sure is all that was needed. The manager arrives and advises he also was not trained on how to use the app. So, I just ssid screw it and said forget the coupon. The coupon was like 7 bucks, but the attitude and lack of hey let me figure something out was really disappointing. I didn't get our server's name but she was really attentive and friendly. The restaurant was bright, clean and felt fresh since it just opened recently. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given a table next to the counter just outside the kitchen door. Here's a little star breakdown: Million Dollar Bacon 5 Bacado Omelette 3 Chorizo Chili omelette 4 Coffee 3 Orange juice 5 Fruit cup 3 Service 2 yes! Just 2 First off- there were 4 women- servers I think standing and leaning on the counter chatting and laughing loudly. Personal conversations including profanity (that doesn't bother me I swear like a sailor, but it's unprofessional.) Our server came to our table twice, he could clearly see I was finished eating and twice left my dirty plate on the table. We asked for water, he brought 2 empty glasses and a milk bottle full and walked away - shouldn't he have at least poured the first glass? He poured our first cups of coffee before leaving the pot on our table. ‍ The menu has so many offerings! The restaurant is so cute and inviting. I really hope they work out the service issues! I am not sure we will go back with so many stellar breakfast spots in town but ya never know. read more

Yelp Review 2025 #201: We went during the soft opening today. Normally soft opening and grand opening tend to be chaotic as they're trying to figure things out. However, First Watch has it down to a T! Everything was smooth and they all looked like they've been here for years. From front of the house, to the servers, to everybody. The kitchen seemed backed up though as the food took a bit longer - and that's ok, it's a soft opening. They were busy. All the tables inside were full and only a very few tables outside were vacant. Our server, Summer took good care of us. Friendly, a smile on her face the whole time...she checked on us from time to time. She apologized for the delay. Their menu has both fun stuff and healthy stuff. There's something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for. HONEY CARAMEL CRUNCH: Salted caramel and honey, sweet eream cold foam and toffee nut crumbles. This was too sweet so just the ice melt or add water to tone it down. 3/5 THE ELEVATED EGG SANDWICH: Bacon, an over-easy cage-free egg, Gruyère cheese, fresh smashed avocado, mayo and lemon-dressed arugula on a brioche bun with a side of fresh, seasoned potatoes. Soft and mildly sweet brioche to offset the salt bacon. 4/5 HEALTHY TURKEY: Deli turkey, house-roasted onions, (usually comes with tomatoes but I had them not add any tomatoes), spinach and Feta cheese in a cage-free egg white omelet. Served with sliced tomatoes (swapped for mixed greens salad) and whole grain artisan toast. The feta and roasted onions add a layer of flavor. 4/5 I'm glad First Watch is here.
