Very strawberry Slush with Boba
Maria G.

Went to this place today looking for a boba drink. We usually go really far because the places around here are not great. However I remembered seeing the sign up for this place when I passed by a few weeks ago and decided to stop by. The place is small but really cute. The owner/person at the counter was super nice. She was preparing fresh fruit when we walked in. We tried the very strawberry slush with honey boda and it was sooo good. It tasted like fresh fruit. It wasnt overly sweet. It was so delicious, Im so happy we found this place so we dont have to go so far now. Must try!

Excellent Service from the owner. Fruit Crepes are bomb. A new favorite dessert place.

We got seated at a table and found the wooden chairs a bit hard. Next visit I think booth seating could go a long ways for comfort. Our server was amazing and helped us with the daily special. Wednesday breakfast special buy one chiliquillas and get a second for no charge. My wife got the green sauce and upgraded hers with fresh avocado. She also ordered a side carne asada for us to share. I got the red sauce. The food was all very good. And it was so nice to have our server checking on us several times. And with such reasonable prices for all the whole package we will be back and I do recommend others try it.

Their mango and strawberry mimosas were my fav. The biggest reason I returned to do another review was because I tried their pancakes. O....M.....G.... let me start by saying pancakes are not really my thing but they came with the sirloin tips meal. I upgraded to frescas con crema (strawberries and cream) - SOOOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!! Pancakes were so fluffy even after the cream was added. I was impressed by the flavor of the pancake itself - the strawberries and cream were just icing on the cake but not so sweet you feel diabetic shock coming. Made an instant fan of my hubby because of the tricolor chileaquiles with the NY steak upgrade. He wants to add it to his Sunday rotation. The service is super friendly as well. Everyone seems happy to be there - super refreshing, especially now-a-days. Said all that to say, they WILL see us again :)

There's a guy at the entrance to all these shops there who welcomed me as I walked into the space. He kindly guided me to where the coffee shop was. "Just go straight down there. You'll see it!" Service was nice. They carry their own baked goods which are baked at their other location. I tried their blueberry scone today. Really delicious and buttery. Probably not healthy for you but it was a treat. I got their toffee nut latte and it was delicious. A tad too much milk for my personal preference in a latte but it was solid. I love the vibe inside the shop. Plenty of natural light coming in! Glad I stopped by.

Its actually pretty easy to find just drive north up the strip and follow the signs to the Arts District which is also a pretty great area to check out before you leave town. Vesta is a coffee shop & roaster which you know usually means great coffee and Vesta definitely delivers on that. I ordered a Flat White and my Son had the Vanilla Cardamom Iced Latte. Both drinks were deliciously creamy and the latte was especially flavorful. We did not order food but everything looked amazing. The shop is pretty good sized with plenty of tables and is open to the roasting room so you can watch and even ask questions. The staff was very friendly and pumped out drinks to the busy shop quickly. There is a small parking lot and ample street parking.

I really love how open and airy their space is with fun pieces of art sprinkled throughout. There's ample seating, a self serve water station, and 2 gender neutral restrooms on site. I also love that the bags of coffee beans and the big roaster are on display for all to admire. This most recent visit, I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup; it was delicious as always. I also got a churro cruffin to try that was so tasty; the cream in the middle was a surprise! It was good, but I wish I had known there was cream inside so I could've opted for something that didn't require me to take a Lactaid. I do like popping in her a few times a year, but I will say customer service is lacking. I don't think I've ever received overly friendly service, but this past Saturday I came right at opening and the 2 employees I interacted with just seemed absolutely miserable to be there at 7:00am. I get it, I hate mornings too, but this is your job, maybe be a bit more hospitable to your patrons.
