Yelp Review 2026 #259:…read more I used to eat acai bowls every week a decade ago and Bowlology was one of my go-to spots. I traveled to Brazil and ate acai bowls there everyday and I became jaded when I came home - acai bowls from the birthplace of acai bowls could do that to you. I haven't had an acai bowl in the US for a long time. I recently came back from South America...again, eating a fair share of acai bowls. I decided to give Bowlology another try a few days ago. Sure they have all sorts of add-ons, mix-ins and toppings and their acai bowls aren't in their purest form anymore but you know what? It doesn't have to be. Give me fruits, give me crunch, give me texture. PB Lover: Açai or Pitaya, Strawberry, Banana, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Almond Milk. On top: Strawberry, Banana, Almonds, Dark Chocolate Chips, Granola, Honey. I would get a large and eat it within 2 days. Add a scoop or two of protein powder and it's a great substitute for ice cream! Makai Bowl: Açai. On top: Strawberry, Banana, Granola, Honey. A simpler combo. Chocolate Monster Smoothie: Banana, Almonds, Cacao Powder, Chocolate Almond Milk. Rich and tasty. The place is spacious. A few tables and chairs. Service is solid. Aside from acai bowls and smoothies, they now have salad/ rice bowls. Their proteins include salmon, tuna, chicken and beef.

I usually Oder the Berry Good açaí bowl and I like to add almonds and chocolate chips. I like that they have lids if you're on the run. I have never had a smoothie or the island poke bowls. They used to have a punch card way back when for a rewards but now I do not think they offer anything for frequent customers.

Well how could I be upset!? A smoothie? I hile I'm working, nice! She let me know in advance to text the order because I will be going buy there in a few. It seemed easy enough but boy was I wrong. Whose brilliant idea was it in their infinite wisdom to complicate a menu sooo much!? 30 minutes later I finally just told her order me this one even though it didn't seem like something I was craving but at that point I was craving something refreshing, I was frustrated by this ridiculous menu and pissed because I waisted so much time that I could have been getting more of my hunny do's done! I finally just ordered the island impact and it was good, not the best but it was flavorful. The smoothie seemed to have a whipped consistency almost like an orange whip drink. It was reminiscent of the tropical drink from the old orange Julius but not as sweet. It was different than I expected but I enjoyed it. I just don't understand why they can't just have a menu that shows: here are the fruity flavors and here are the meal replacements and this is our bowls and by the way you can build your own. I don't want to sit there and take a quiz and then build one! I'm getting frustrated just thinking about it. The smoothie was good and had its own unique style.

We order 2 crema con fresa, cup of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles, and a vampiro (fresh pressed juice). My little one who is only 2 and half had the chocolate with sprinkles.. she pretty much ate the whole top layer with the ice cream and sprinkles, I decided to try and bite and it tasted like chemical.. I tried again and realized it was coming from the sprinkles not the ice cream. Low key I'm concerned why it tasted that way so I looked up that sprinkle that are old/spoiled taste that way.. I just hope my daughter doesn't get sick. It was a strong chemical taste.

I've been here many times and today was my first bad experience here…read more I ordered a smoothie and a wrap. The girl who took my order made the wrap, someone else made the smoothie. The smoothie awesome. The girl who took my order and made the wrap, worst wrap I've ever had. The wrap was the sloppiest I've ever had and tasted nothing like the last time I ordered it. I'm not sure what was going on with this girl, but I'll never let her make me food again. Her personality came off as like she really didn't want to be there and by the looks and taste of Thai wrap, she should not be there. I may return to this location as it's close to my house and like I said I've never had a complaint until today. Someone needs to have a chat with this girl and show her how to properly make a wrap and have it look like it should not some slop thrown together and wrapped. If I wanted slop, I would have made it myself. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I wanted to give this location another chance before writing a review, but unfortunately the…read morefollow-up experience was worse than the original issue. On my first visit, I ordered four smoothies (over $40 total). They were out of my usual whey protein, but I still ordered. When I got home, all four of us who tried them agreed they tasted off, and we ended up throwing them away. I called the store and spoke with a manager (I believe her name was Alyssa), who was very kind and told me I could come back whenever it was convenient for a replacement. She took my name and number, and I appreciated how she handled it. When I returned (within a month), the employee I spoke with immediately refused to help--without even asking for my name or checking the information I was told had been recorded. He told me it had been "too long" and that I couldn't just come back whenever I wanted. When I explained it had been under 30 days, he continued to refuse. When I asked how he knew without checking anything, he laughed. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one. I asked for his name and the district manager's name but he refused to provide it. He then told me to go through the drive-thru and sit out front while he looked for an email, and during the interaction he and another employee were smirking and dismissive. Shocking but the email address he gave me didn't work. He told me his name was Tyson, not sure if that was true or not. This wasn't about trying to get something for free--it was about honoring what a manager told me and basic customer service. The contrast between how the manager handled it originally and how I was treated on my return was pretty disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because the way this was handled was not okay.
