The good: Most, but not all, of their products are 100% organic (produce is entirely organic,) and…read moremany are free of seed oils and preservatives. Most of their fresh meat and dairy is pasture raised or grass fed. Also offered is a small freezer section containing a variety of meat, vegetable, bread, and breakfast products. The bad: Their inventory is much smaller than their competitors, so selection is quite limited. I also found a fair amount of products already expired or expiring on the day of my visit. Natural Grocers is a decent "healthy corner store" if you live nearby, but not a place that warrants a special trip; however, they add a nice supplement to their organic competitors.

I'm the type of person that will research something that I want to buy to make sure that I'm not going to over pay for it, and Las Vegas discount nutrition consistently provides the same, if not better, prices as the Internet. I've been a customer here for years and have spent thousands of dollars on products from this…read moredispensary. This place used to be one of my go-to spots because of the convenience, selection, and loyalty program. Unfortunately, my recent experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I came in specifically to use my points for a free pre-roll. I let the bud tender know my intent was to apply my points to an order I had already placed online. The bud tender ran into an issue applying the points, and after coming back, called me the wrong name -- Christopher. My name is David. Not even close, but more importantly, I was then told the system was down and they were unable to redeem my points. I understand technical issues happen, but what disappointed me was that no alternative solution was offered. No manager stepped in, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, and I left after driving 15 minutes specifically for this reward. To make matters worse, my points still show as redeemed despite not receiving the benefit. After being a loyal customer and spending thousands here, I expected a better level of customer service and accountability. This experience, combined with reduced hours and the long wait times that can come with the drive-thru, has made this location far less convenient than it used to be. This place WAS great, and I've had many good experiences here over the years. However, with the current experience and the other options available, I would recommend customers consider other dispensaries where their time, loyalty, and money may be valued more.

Self serve assistant entered my account number manually, still no joy. Went home, made sure I was logged in, did a points request, app found my purchase, accepted it, but no points in my history. Called Corporate AGAIN. They verified my file with the issue was still there (must be getting pretty big by now) said IT is still trying to figure it out... Well truth be told I'm about ready to delete the account, get another email account and have the account in my dogs name. I mean we're not building a Mars Lander here! C'mon sprouts get on the ball or I may have to start shopping at Aldi or something.
