Brittany was incredibly accommodating of my multiple changes to the smoothies I ordered. She was SO helpful and informative and provided incredible recommendations for my friend's baby. I am so thankful that not only can I count on this Jamba for high quality and nourishing smoothies and juices, but I can count on their thoughtfulness and kindness every time I visit. It means so much to be able to change some orders due to dietary restrictions and for them to be even more friendly when you do instead of frustrated. I went to Jamba Juice after school with my kids ages 4 and 6 today. Megan helped us check out and her kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Once our juice was ready my child went to set his on the table we were at and it fell and spilled all over the floor. The staff was very friendly and understanding and came to clean it up immediately. Megan went above and beyond to make him another smoothie at no cost. Her customer service was exceptional. I asked if I could leave her manager a review, but she said my kind words were enough... hoping her manager sees this comment :) read more

Who ever the girl was I'm hoping she sees this but she recommended mango substitute for pineapple in the watermelon smoothie and she's amazing it was great! Not sure how good this Jamba juice is with smoothies, stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one even said "be right with you" or anything like it. The 2 employees behind the counter were making smoothies for the 4 or 5 guests that we're waiting, made eye contact with me more than once but still said nothing to me. I enjoy coming here to pick up smoothies on a boiling hot day or just when the cravings kick in! My go-to smoothie is Berry Upbeat it's healthy with red veggie juice, mango, and berries. DELICIOUS. Of course sometimes I opt for the original Orange-a-peel, Kiwi Berry Burner, or Strawberries Wild. (All very delicious and worth every penny!) One of my biggest pet peeves is when the person filling up your drink cup does not fill it up all the way to the lid and then there is more smoothie in the blender that just gets thrown out in the trash. UGH. I always ask the person who fills up the cups if I can have the excess in the blender because I know it is just going to be thrown out and be wasteful. I don't know about you but I hate being wasteful. Yesterday, I asked the server for the leftovers of someone else's order that was left in the blender so that it does not go to waste, and the guy that was there allowed me to have it. He also agreed with me that a lot goes to waste. :( I hope in the future that whoever fills up the customer's smoothie cup fills it up to the brim so that the customer gets their money's worth, and even if there is extra in the blender, the person should just pour that in an extra little cup and give it to that person or if that customer doesn't want it, give them as samples to other customer's so that the ingredients that were purchased and used do not go to waste. read more

i usually don't leave bad reviews but i came all the way down here from westminster because this jamba juice is open till 9 pm but i get here @ 6:59 pm and they're closed, no one is answering the phone, but on yelp and google it says they're open till 9 pm. i understand if changes have been made but at least update it online so you don't waste people's time and gas. read more

Awesome Jamba Juice! Went in this morning for the first time in what seems like forever... I totally didn't even recognize the menu! But with some amazing service from a lady in a black, and a GREAT suggestion of a pineapple/ green juice, I am nothing but a happy camper. The store was clean, the other gentleman in black was also very kind, and I was both greeted and thanked. Excellent manners- I honestly can't say enough about this Jamba Juice! I will be back soon!!! This is the best Jamba i have ever been to, first off i was greeted by every person i saw working and when I asked for a recommendation, the young man at register told me his favorite in every category,(so many good recommendations and good information) I ended up choosing the amazing greens but with no banana, another young man who started making my drink before I was even rung up(talk about effinecy) asked if it was a preference or allergy. And as a mother of a child with allergies I appreciate the thoroughess shown here, after receiving my smoothie in what seemed like no time at all, I was thanked and told to have a great rest of my day, the staff at this location was just like my drink, AMAZING! read more

Made an account just for this because the service I recieved was so excellent. I came in between 10-10:30 and Jack and Lilian helped me immensely. Not only did they help me find what smoothie my daughter wanted, but they were so nice and funny that it honestly made my day! The only complaint I had was that I had to wait a little while to order, but that was because the person in front of me paid with all coins. I definitely plan on coming back! read more

I used to love coming to this jamba juice but today my experience was not good. The lady that gave me my order practically slammed my order down after I told her that my order was incorrect and she was very rude and it was as though she hated her job. I ordered a fruit and yogurt bowl which comes with greek yogurt and topped with strawberries, blueberries, honey, and granola. At the register, I specifically told the cashier no granola (because I am allergic) and to add extra strawberries and bananas to replace the granola. When I received my order, it had granola without bananas and she yelled at me when I complained. read more

Is this the world's slowest Jamba Juice? I stopped in for what I was hoping would be a quick treat for my kid. With hardly any guests and 3 people behind the counter it took over 20 minutes to get a small smoothie. When we finally got back to the car I realized the lid was broken and the smoothie spilled on my little girl. Faster service and attention to detail would make a world of difference. read more

I was coming here almost everyday on my lunch break. This one girl has always been super nice and helpful with my decision making. I cannot remember her name for the life of me but she's tall and wears classes. She always tells me about new smoothies and offers me tasters. Very sweet. Unfortunately the other day I went in before my work shift and I waited for my coffee smoothie for literally 35 minutes and I was late to work. Two blonde girls were working, it looked like they were completely understaffed .. but they also didn't seem to care how much they were slacking. Many people were waiting for their food/smoothie. When mine was finally done she called the wrong smoothie name... I told her which one I specifically ordered and she answered with "well ya that's what I meant, same thing..." RUDE. I loved coming here specifically because of that one girl who has always been so wonderful to me, but that last experience kinda turned me off to the point where I'm not sure if I wanna go back to this location. Oh well, maybe I'll give it some time. I understand being understaffed is difficult but at least have a better attitude, you work in CUSTOMER SERVICE... if you're gonna make people wait that long for a frikin smoothie, at least be a genuine human about it read more

Clean store. Smells good (like fresh squeezed oranges). Good customer service, Daren is always very helpful and answers any questions I may have.
