Very small quantity of acai bowl for $7.99. Served with banana, blueberry, strawberry, granola and coconut shavings. This is not the best I have had. Quick service though.

Clean location with prompt and friendly service. Josh P was especially helpful, and made great recommendations to us when we were unsure what to get.

White gummy with an oatmeal (honey, brown sugar, and banana added)

I am a Jamba Juice freak. I go way too often, and I used to be #1 at the East H Street destination, but since I'm at UCSD more often, I get my fix at this location. Typically, I go for my secret menu favorite: white gummy. I have even composed a list of my favorite drinks and their contents just in case I feel like I want something different: GREAT GREENS: Apples, cucumber, super greens, lemons, chia seeds TROPICAL GREENS: Apples, pineapples, super greens, chia seeds MATCHA GREEN TEA BLAST: Soymilk, nonfat frozen yogurt, matcha green tea ISLAND STRAWBERRY: Coconut water, lemonade, strawberries, sherbet (lime) TROPICAL MANGO: Coconut water, passionfruit mango juice blend, mangos, sherbet (pineapple), sherbet (orange) MANGO A GO GO: Mangos, passion fruit mango juice, sherbet (pineapple) MEGA MANGO: Strawberries, mangos, orange juice, pineapple juice PEACH MANGO: Mangos, peaches, peach juice blend, soymilk As you can tell, there is a trend of greens and mangos. I've had their oatmeal and added honey, brown sugar, and bananas. I don't eat oatmeal very often, but I would start eating it more if I got it at Jamba. The negatives about this specific Jamba still don't diminish the fact that it's a good location. Such as... The line is absurd. It takes at LEAST 10 minutes to get my drink. Also, sometimes my drinks aren't filled to the top of the cup. It's rather disappointing when that happens. Lastly, my first time having a strawberry chunky energy bowl was at this specific Jamba. There wasn't enough banana, and I know the word "chunky" is explicitly in the name of it, but I didn't think it'd be literal to the point where there were hard-frozen, full strawberries. I guess it depends on who makes it or when they make it because the second time I got it (I was hesitant), it was perfect! Aside from these things, it's a pleasure stopping at this Jamba. The smoothies are always blended to perfection, and the people are *mostly* nice.

Why would you leave so much space

- It's about a dollar more expensive than all the other Jamba Juice locations, probably for the convenience. - The line is insanely long (avg is 10 mins) and they mess up orders. -They don't try to fill it up to the top, often leaving a sizable gap between the smoothie and the lid. (see pic) -It's often not blended well enough -Most of the time, it's too watery. The other day, I ordered Amazing Greens at 1pm and, after waiting 10 mins, they told me that they ran out of kale. Why would they run out of kale only a few hours after opening for the day? Overall, a terrible location. Try the La Jolla Village Square location nearby if you can. I still love Jamba Juice, but try to avoid it on campus.

This is the best jamba juice I have been to. The college students here are very good at customer service. Plus they look super healthy.

Prefacing with - I don't really eat Acai Bowls, it feels like just a thick smoothie with some…read moretoppings but I cannot deny that Juice Wave changed my perspective completely and I understand the hype. You can't really beat the refreshing taste of fresh fruit and nutty granola and butter. Especially when you can take this delectable bowl to the beach and just vibe in the sand. Wave Bowl $16 (14.50+1.50): 5/5 The bowl itself looks fairly small like, but deceptively so since I was stuffed after eating the whole thing for breakfast. It is higher cost than I would usually spend but I don't eat açaí bowls to know the average. Personally I really liked that the toppings were at the bottom and the bases were on top, not just because it was a beautiful display but because sometimes when it is the opposite, it can quickly get messy with toppings falling and dropping. The granola was crunchy and the add-on nut butter ($1.50) was plentiful and contrasted well to the fruits. You get some finely diced strawberries and bananas that were just the right amount of ripe, the bananas a little more firm but definitely preferred with the bases. The pineapple spirulina was favorite as it had a good sweetness to it. Honestly wished I could get a bowl with just this as a base and of course the natural blue color is just so unique. Coconut was coconutty and the pitaya was brightly colored, not too much distinctive taste on this one. Peak San Diego Experience

I'm a hater, I hate to admit it but I love un influencing these instagram/tik tok famous places. So…read moreoften they end up being a trend based on good marketing tactics which is amazing but good marketing doesn't mean good flavor and good service. In this case yes the bowl was OK was but was no better than the 3 other bowl places within a mile of this location. The wait was LONG as for many of the bowl places on this street but this one was extra long as in 45 minutes to an hour wait on off hours long. And of course with all these tik tok famous places the price was inflated. Based on taste alone I could have given this place 4 starts but the extra tik tok tax(inflated price just for being TikTok trendy) and extra wait time for the exact same thing you can get anywhere else rubbed me wrong so I'm going to have to leave this 3 star right here.

She recently graduated from UCSD and this was her favorite smoothie (still is). My niece got the Frutopia smoothie and enjoyed her drink. I opted for a build-your-own açaí bowl. The bowl came with any 4 toppings, additional toppings varied it cost per item. I chose strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and new pollen. I also added sliced almonds and granola, topped with honey. The gal who helped build my açaí bowl (Acharipon, I probably butchered the spelling of her name), was very pleasant and had really great customer service skills. It's obvious she was well trained and had the skills set to work in food service. What sets this place apart from other places that sells smoothies and açaí bowls was the friendliness of their staff. Acharipon made a pretty bowl that was Yelp photo worthy! What I loved about my bowl: The açaí base was very frozen. Some other places make it watery, which I do not care for. I liked how it was frozen, down to the last spoon! The blueberries were frozen (I love frozen blueberries). Areas for improvement: The strawberries were frozen and chopped into tiny pieces. Fresh strawberries would've been nicer. The toppings options were limited. The shop was very clean and organized. There was a self-help kiosk where you placed your order, but payment was at the register. It seemed a bit odd that the kiosk didn't have the functionality to accept payments, because the order had to be re-confirmed at the register when it was already confirmed at the self-help kiosk. This slowed down the process slightly, which I didn't mind. Overall, I enjoyed the experience here and would definitely recommend it!

I usually always order online on through their app, which I definitely recommend. I decided to get their raspberry romance, which is my favourite smoothie from any Robeks location as well as the green smoothie. The prices are pretty expensive. It can get up to $10 for a smoothie so I would definitely just recommend choosing a smoothie that you like and also reading the ingredients before. The service itself was really great we were acknowledged and the place itself was clean. It's more of like coming and grabbing a smoothie and leaving. There is a couple of chairs and tables, but it isn't really a place to stay for super long because it's more like an In and out system. Overall, I really enjoyed the smoothies here and the location itself. It was quick easy and I loved how accessible the parking was. I would definitely recommend stopping by and I really enjoyed all their smoothies that they have.
