I have been here multiple times and has had great experiences every time. They are fairly fast and very nice. I was there at 1/23/12 at 6:50am and they were very warming even though it was 7am in the morning. They even had free Jamba energy drinks that day, just like their website said. So disappointed! I ordered a peachy green goodness bowel through the app, when i arrived it was not ready ( my pick up time was 11:45 ). It took over five minutes for them to acknowledge me. When she finally walked over to me she rudely set it down and said they were out of almost everything for the bowl all that was in there was granola and a few strawberries . When asked if she can give us a discount or accommodate us she said there is nothing she can do and walked away!!! So disappointing that I paid $8. The smoothies are made well (at least, the taste hasn't slipped like at another nearby location). Service is usually pretty fast & friendly. There was this one time, however, when I came in for a smoothie and an oatmeal. The person taking my order said it would be 10 minutes for the oatmeal. Well, I happened to be in a hurry that morning and told her as much, so I just got the smoothie . She proceeded to then train the newbie how to make my smoothie, which ended up taking over 10 minutes. I could have gotten the oatmeal after all. read more

This jamba location is rarely crowded and is always clean! Friendly staff and always fast. I have never been disappointed when I come here and get my smoothie fix. Although, parking can get pretty sparse, there are ten minute parking spaces right in front of the store. read more

I'm so tired of this place. The hours listed are 0630 in the morning to open. I came here at 07 on Monday, waited for 15 minutes and it was still locked. So I normally don't have any complaints for this location, but just had the worst experience there that has officially made it 1 star. Service is normally average unless they are busy and if you decide to order food with your drink. I ordered an orange c-booster with a turkey breakfast wrap with hot sauce. The breakfast wrap was already pre-made so it just needed to be heated for about 30 seconds to a minute. However, it took them about 15 minutes to burn the first wrap and then make the wrong wrap (which only consisted of spinach, cheese and egg...wtf) without any hot sauce. To add on to the annoyance the wrap turned out to be bland, overpriced and tiny. It sucks that one bad experience killed it for me. Won't be coming back to this location. #bye read more

This place used to be fast, efficient, now it feels like the management/workers are slackers. I walk in and I only see 1 worker with about 5 or 6 guests waiting. The staff here are extremely nice and are very patient with all of their customers. They keep the store clean and make sure that everything is well stocked. The drinks are always made well and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience here. There is however a bit of a lack in seating as the store is quite small and there isn't very much room outside either. Went to Jamba juice to get 1 juice and 1 smoothie. I normally order the same thing everytime. Strawberry Wild...but I was trying to be adventurous and try something new. I repeated my order 2x to the cashier he said oh you want two?. I said yes I want a smoothie and a juice. He said ok and repeated the order. They called me and told me my smoothie was ready..I tasted my smoothie and it tasted horrible. I questioned the guy about what was in the smoothie, I explained what I ordered and pointed to the picture that showed a green smoothie and this smoothie was brown. He told me that some veggie juice they put in it makes it brown. I then told him I didnt ask for veggie juice and eventually told them I did not order that nor do I want that and asked for my strawberry wild. They gave me the strawberry wild. I was standing around waiting for my juice I order for my sister. Walked over to the counter and told the guy I was waiting for my other drink. He looked at me and said you only ordered 1 smoothie. I was shocked. REALLLY? I shortly figured they combined the juice and smoothie together. I said to myself whatever no big deal forget the juice. I walked out start drinking the strawberry wild and it was sour..I went to take the smoothie back and the manager Chris (who was standing the whole time I was trying to explain to the guy that got my order wrong) didn't bother to try to fix the situation. He kept his head down and didn't say a word as if this wasn't going on. Another young man tried talking to me and offered me something else but I just requested my money back.
