I am not sure why there was alot of negative reviews but i had a great experience! This Jamba Juice is located off of Freeman Lane in Grass Valley. Its in the same shopping center as Raleys and Petsmart. I was greated by Chloe( the manager ) who was very friendly and welcoming! I love the different shakes that they have! I wanted a quick Pick me up so i ordered a shot of Wheatgrass with a orange wedge. So fresh! They have indoor and outdoor seating as well. They have a small area of goodies to compliment your beverage! I know if i am feeling a bit tired i will get one of their healthy shakes ( anything with orange juice!). They also have gift cards and coffee mugs for purchase. Overall a great telaxing experience! All the employees were friendly! read more

I don't usually write reviews, especially to a place I've been to before and not had the best interaction; however the service I received this time was exceptional. I came in on my lunch break to give them another try, it has been a year or so since I last came here, and was hoping for it to be quick. It was quick! They were very kind to me and even took the time to review the menu with me! (I have allergies to certain foods) I was able to watch them make my drink and I think it was the manager(Chloe) was very vigilant in making sure my drink did not come into contact with any of my allergens! Honestly. Everytime I order online. I come in after the time given that it will be ready then I still wait 15mins or more. They're always out of banana or peanut butter....and now I ordered from uber eats they made my smoothie and when my Uber eats got to store they said 40mins for my oatmeal. Meaning my smoothie will be water by the time I actually get it and my Uber eats driver had to cancel the pick up. I'm so upset. Get better staff read more

I am not happy with this location. They forgot to add granola to my Acai Primo Bowl.... Not happy. And they add the smallest amount of honey to their bowls too. Their customer service isn't that great either. They give you attitude when you ask a lot of questions. read more

I stopped by to quickly pick up a breakfast wrap before a meeting. Everything was going smoothly and I was just on time, until I walked away, started to eat, and found out the inside was still COMPLETELY FROZEN. I would've let it go since I was on my way to a meeting, but I bought that and can't function without breakfast, so I had to walk back and ask them to make another one. When watching them heat it up in their convection oven, they took it out and checked it about 10 times, no lie. Took forever. Employee working today, Citlali was unnecessarily rude. When I walked in she looked annoyed to have a customer. When I took a moment "too long" looking at the menu, she walked to the back with attitude. She never greeted me or spoke to me prior to this. When I did order, she gave me attitude the whole way through and even tried to deny making a modification to an order that has been done for me at this location several times before. It seemed she was doing everything possible to be rude as I inconvenienced her by walking in to order. I don't understand how someone could have this much unprovoked attitude, especially someone in customer service. I try to understand that sometimes people are just having a bad day but her demeanor and even attempt at denying an order just seemed like she should just have called off if she was that unable to work today. Now I am looking at the below reviews. Definitely should've checked that out before coming here. I went to get a fresh smoothie to find out a long list of ingredients are not available. I decide to pick one they are able to do & I wanted to use my T-Mobile code for $3 off. They tell me they cannot process it online or in the store because the internet is down. And to proceed with this bad experience you can only pay cash!! Why should you even be open? You can't even give your customers a good experience nor serve them correctly. One employee had long hair and he kept running his fingers through his hair while making our drinks. I ordered 2 soy only and 1 milk peanut butter and bananas drinks. They were all made with milk. I ordered a citrus kick fresh juice. What I received was a cup of pulp. It was so dense I could turn the cup upside down and no liquid would come out of the top. This review is on customer service, not quality of juice! My fiancé and I walked in, was not greeted by the young employee under the front desk. While ordering, he didn't know where my drink was located to put the order in, so I had to instruct him where it was at. I repeated and my fiancé repeated our drink sizes 4 times EACH. Once we got our drinks, he messed up on my drink size. I check the receipt and I was charged for the correct size. He then instructs me that I have to pay extra for his error for the correct size, THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! Yes I stepped out of line with the few choice words I had said. But this was horrible customer service! If a manager or owner see's this review, I do have the said employee's name if needed! I can officially say, I'll never be back to this location ever again! P.S. this is not my first bad encounter due to customer service. Last time my fiancé and I came, after ordering and paid, they told us we have to now pay in cash before their card machine has crashed and didn't process our payment, which I did not have cash so we got turned away! I was trying my hardest not to have to write this review but i believe people should be aware of the theft that taking place at this location. I'm a frequent customer to Jamba Juice. I probably go at least two to three times a week . This is the nearest location to my residence so I came here. I have manual fundraiser cards and app fundraiser cards. Yesterday I went in wanted to use a manual fundraiser card and the cashier wasn't fully sure if she could use it so she asked the manager. The manager agreed I could so i gave them my phone number to add my points to my account. The manager uses both!!! I addressed the issue with him he apologizes but you basically stole from me. The fundraiser card is the buy one get one free so if I use one but you charge me for two that's stealing this is not the first time he's done this but this is the first time I'm going to address it with yelp. Just came here for Açaí bowls. I've been getting these bowls for years so I know how they look and how they're supposed to look. I was surprised when the bowls were finished and all of them weren't even half way filled. Literally the acai comes to about 1/4 of the bowl. Every time I've gotten a bowl the fruit has been touching the lid. This time, my server Adan must be trying to save the Jamba Juice some money or something. I politely asked if he could make some açaí on the side so that they bowls didn't look close to empty. He said he couldn't because the bowls had a line that the açaí went to and that he matched the line. There was no line on the bowls. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said she wouldn't be in until Monday. Gave me no means of contacting the supervisor and just had me leave a number. I asked for a refund. He only gave me my receipt and told me to come in on Monday and talk to the supervisor. Why should I have to wait a weekend before I can even ask for a refund?
