I ordered a strawberry and banana Greek yogurt bowl and this thing cost me $12.59 +tax which I find INSANE considering how the bowl isn't even filled up all the way. I don't think there is much to say about this place. Good service, high prices. My wife and I came in on a Saturday evening and the place was pretty empty. There were two other customers inside looking at the menu, so we went straight to the register. We ordered a cookies and cream smoothie and the Caribbean passion. About one minute later the smoothies were already done. I was impressed with the speed. Then again, when four people are behind the counter and there is only one order going through, I guess it should be quick. Either way, I was happy with the speed of service. The young lady behind the counter was also very helpful. My wife has allergies and asked for the ingredients in the cookies and cream smoothie. She gave us the ingredients quickly and was very helpful. As for taste, they taste like smoothies. I can't say that I've had an amazing smoothie before. They were good. I went into Jamba Juice after my morning run, while I was ordering my favorite drink orange dream machine I couldn't help and notice how bad the service was.But the one good employee that helped me was named Liliyana. There was this person who was standing in the back who looked to be the manager was doing absolutely nothing to help the line. Ordered the Go Getter form the app and couldn't get my drink. There are 15 yr old kids at t the counter who don't know what they are doing when they can't get an order -- they are confused and no senior person to talk to. Asked for refund and they don't know how to do that . After spending $10 on the drink still could not get it as they can't find the ingredients. They tried to void the transaction but it won't show as refunded on my credit card . Not sure what happened to this store. They used to have a fast and good customer service. Today went I stopped by, I noticed they implemeted kiosk. The one person thats making the juice was extremely slow and multiple people including myself waited for unusually long time in frustration. SENT ME TO THE ER. Decided to treat myself to an expensive jamba juice for once. ordered a Protein berry workout for myself and an peanut butter one for my friend. I made sure took a couple sips of the one clearly labeled PROTEIN BERRY WORKOUT as i have an allergy to peanuts and it didnt taste like it normally does. Immediately had an allergic reaction and went on to spend a couple hours recovering in the ER. I don't know if they mixed up the drinks or didnt bother to make two different ones because they were left in my car as my friend rushed me to the hospital. Jamba is just one of those places that need to get closed down. I was the first customer in the restaurant at the time that I walked through their front doors. Which was around 2pm on a Saturday. When I walked I wasn't greeted or spoken to for a couple of minutes. The employees ignored me and continued with their conversation. When the conversation was over a female with glasses employee hopped on her phone to do something before finally greeting me. She took my order and that was fine. Then a young male in a yellow shirt began making my order. I had ordered one strawberry banana smoothie bowl for my pregnant wife. This kid took 20 minutes to make the smoothie, keep in mind I was the first and only customer at the time. Didn't take long for a long to start to build do you lack of efficiency behind the counter. That kid needs to go, he's much to slow. Jamba needs to go... "You deserve the best!" Is their slogan, but we, the customers don't get the best. I ordered on the app, and pick-up was for 11:24 am. I walked in and my order wasn't ready (what's the point of ordering ahead?!) but to make it worse both Alexis and Dylan walked by me multiple times ignoring me for almost 5 minutes as they talked amongst each other. I understand if you're busy with customers, but they weren't. I understand that sometimes the drinks aren't ready at the promised time. I was offered my birthday coupon, used it, and them was told it's only good for a small and there is no way to upgrade it. So I either throw away the birthday coupon or get less than what I want. Went on a Saturday Morning around 10:30 AM and the congregation of people waiting for their drinks was mind blowing. Jamba Juice, I know has a solid wait time of a minimum of 10-15 mins, however there were roughly 5-10 drinks sitting on the counter that were "mysterious" because the employees did not know which drink was what. Atop of that, there were over 30 people milling around waiting upwards of 30 mins for a simple OJ. Seriously? This place has been around for a long time and I swear, it was better when we had the stoners working there 15 years ago. What made it worse was that the drinks were made out of order so the people who ordered after my girlfriend and I got their drinks before ours, and we did not receive any apology. Taking into consideration location, price, product and service, I have to give this Jamba Juice a 3/5. The direct parking is relatively small, but there are other parking lots (Marriott/Orchard) that are a walk away if parking is completely full. The store itself is nice, the layout has changed and there are plenty of outdoor seating. The price is why this review is not a 4/5. I understand that historically the prices have always been high and the smoothie is considered a meal substitute, but I think it is still relatively too expensive. Sometimes I consider grabbing a boba for $3-$4 instead of having a $6-$7 smoothie (price matters). Product is great! Love all, if not most of the smoothies; my favorites are Caribbean Passion, Mango-A-Go-Go, and White Gummy (Secret Menu). They also sell baked good, oatmeal, fresh juices, and wheatgrass shots. In regards to service, I would say that the efficiency and friendliness has improved and has been great, and I am happy to be repeat customer.
