This is by far my favorite Jamba Juice. I come in often because my work is close by, and the employees are friendly and always on top of it. If the lines are busy, the drink baristas will ask fpr the next persons drink and get it started. No hesitation. Theyre very helpful with any questions I have (being vegan finding substitutes) and Rob is always there for suggestions on what new things to try. La La is always working non stop, shes a warrior! Rob is definitely your go to guy, and Stephanie is the smile greeting you need. I love this place and the people working here are lively, hard working and kind. Yesturday i came to this location inside the outlets to enjoy a fruit bowl, however this location has the most disrespectful people working here that I have ever incountered. I came here on 12/31/20 at 230pm, from the beginning the kid helping me out was extremely rude as if no training was required to work here and I want to believe that's not what Jamba Juice is all about. I got my bowl and as I was walking away I seen the bananas were very dark and tasted awful, so I went back to get me a new bowl. As I approached the kid I told him this is not good and the bananas were bad, he said in a very confrontational attitude (what do you want) which made me feel very uncomfortable and not valued as a paying customer. I then was told by a heavy set girl to wait outside which was very rude of her to ask since I did not see her tell anyone else to wait outside. So I did wait outside for my new bowl. As the kid finished my bowl and approached me i didn't get a sorry or a thank you instead the kid looks right into my eyes and blurs out (asshole) which i found he crossed the line. So then I asked him for his name he walked away to the back then I asked the heavy set girl for his name and her name as well and asked to speak to a manager, she said no I really hope corporate or anyone gets a hold of me regarding this complain. read more

A nice and quick place to grab a smoothie. Ray was nice and outgoing. Smoothies were good.

I will not be coming back to this Jamba Juice. The girl that gave me my smoothie was very rude. No one watched my smooth get blended and I asked the girl to re-blend it to make sure there were no chunks. She looked at it and said "it's well blended". There were chucks at the bottom of my smoothie. Please provide better training to your staff when it comes to simple requests from customers. read more

Bad customer service because we got a circus kit and whoever did our drink put a lot of ginger and we told the manager if we can switch for another drink instead of cirrus kit and she give me attitude and started slamming our drinks. As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted by Daniela (she was the only one who greeted me). She offered me a variety of options as I did not know what to order. I found her very helpful and she ensured that my drink was made in a very timely manner. As for the other employees, they are kind and seem to work very hard. What a terrible experience. I ordered a orange c booster juice medium size and to be quite honest my first impression on my first sip was not memorable whatsoever. I decided to walk into the Citadel Jamba Juice location unsure of what to order. The cashier Kathleen was very helpful with suggesting her favorite and giving me a brief description of what her favorites contained. I had made the mistake of using the Jamba Juice app and ordering at the wrong location (Montebello plaza) thankfully the staff were nice enough to make my drink over here at the citadel. I also work at the citadel so I'm a frequent customer and i am always satisfied with the staff there. They are very kind and work efficiently i never have to wait too long. Big thank you to Joanna and another gentlemen who's name I didn't quite catch. The girl in the front (she was African) was very rude to my husband . He doesn't usually get a drink on the menu and they usually work with whatever he creates . This time the girl was rude said they don't make things the way he wants it's whatever is on the menu or nothing. I was so embarrassed and humiliated on how we were treated !
