However, while it let me adjust the sweetness of my drink, this location only offers one size and offers no adjustment option for the ice. I got a green thai tea and checked out their branded tumblers for sale while I waited. I was in a bit of a rush so I left as soon as I got my drink. It was a little mild on flavor but fine overall, I give it 3/5 for taste. The real disappointment for me was that for about $8 I only got about 4 or 5 drinks. The cup was mostly ice and I felt a little ripped off. I had to stop somewhere else a little later for another drink. If you want a place to hang out or take photos, you might like this spot but I go to tea shops for the tea, so I would probably not come here again.

While the wait was longer than usual, the atmosphere was filled with joy, kindness, and a real sense of community. The staff handled the busy evening incredibly well. They consistently thanked customers for their patience, even though no one seemed bothered by the wait because we all seemed to understand and expect it. I was genuinely impressed by the positive attitude of every staff member working the Monday night event. They radiated joy and patience and never appeared stressed or short-tempered despite how busy they were. Their communication with one another was seamless, and they were just as welcoming and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. In a community that has been grieving, the environment they created tonight was truly something special. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the evening such a positive experience while supporting such an important cause. The food was delicious as always!

It has a thick fat cap that my boyfriend likes. IT IS DIFFICULT TO FIND! If you get their grass fed one it will run about 17 bucks. If you go for the regular one it will only cost about 6.50. I love this place! Sushi...coffee shop..made to order pizzas..hot breakfast station..deli..nice wines..etc. The employees are always super nice! Best of all is that they have outside seating for pets and will allow well behaved small dogs inside while you are shopping! Ps. This was my first and, unfortunately, last visit to Stoble Coffee Shop in Chico…read more I was the only customer standing in line, and there were four employees behind the counter. I stood there for approximately 5-7 minutes without being acknowledged, greeted, or even told that someone would be with me shortly. Finally, I said, "Excuse me, is this still the line to order?" The employee, whose name I believe was Emil (or Amil), very coldly responded, "Yeah, but as you can see, I'm busy," while he was working with one of the coffee machines. I told him that he could have simply said, "Good morning," or acknowledged me. Instead, he shrugged his shoulders and showed no concern whatsoever about how I had been treated. As a woman of color in an environment where everyone else appeared to be white, I found the experience extremely uncomfortable and felt unwelcome. I cannot speak to his intentions, but the way I was treated made me question whether I was being treated differently because of my race. It would have taken two seconds to say, "Good morning, we'll be right with you." Instead, I was ignored for several minutes and then spoken to in a dismissive and unapologetic manner. Customer service and basic courtesy should apply to everyone. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant first experience, and I will not be returning.
