The staff are helpful and kind. There are usually 3-4 people working at a time. You usually don't have to wait too long. I got my drink by the time I ordered and got my pretzel next door. service was horrible. went in Wednesday midday for an açaí bowl, instead i was met with another customer upset he'd been waiting for 20+ minutes for a smoothie. i disregarded his attitude and went on to order. I was met with horrible customer service by Rosa. She went on to take my order in a frustrated, enraged tone using non work appropriate language towards me. Usually i am very understanding of workers in restaurants or fast food chains but this woman was extremely rude, laughed in my face and repeatedly told me to "hold on" i got upset and told her i would not continue with my order. She was also talking down on her crew member who was making the smoothies. Rosa was wearing a distressed shirt low rise jeans and an apron, her shirt did not cover her lower back and showed an inappropriate tattoo that shouldn't be seen while on shift. Where do I start.... Their juice is not made from fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables. Their stuff is very commercially processed. I ordered the orange juice and it was so watered down it didn't even taste good. It was so expensive! I won't order from them again. I love Jamba Juice and was pretty excited that they opened one in Atascadero but fast food this is not. I don't know what's up with this location but today is the second visit in a row it's taken 45min+ from when I placed my order to getting my smoothie. This time I ordered online ("ASAP" pickup time) and when I got there 20 minutes later I learned they hadn't even submitted the order to be made yet. I hate the taste of banana and always tell them to leave the banana out and replace it with another fruit. Today I ordered two of the same exact drinks and they screwed both of them up. Make sure you double check your drink before you leave so they can remake it the right way. read more

Pathetic. I came here and they were out of oranges. Couldn't make my juice, so Sadie recommended I substitute lemons for oranges. I paid and even tipped 15%, even though she was obviously not very knowledgeable. I waited for 5 minutes for my juice and she comes up to me saying she has to charge me $0.50 more for lemons (even though the only substitute possible were lemons). I got mad and asked for a refund and she refunded me the price of my drink but not the tip. Only until the manager came out is when I got refunded for my tip as well. 10 minutes of my life lost to stupidity and disorganized staff. read more

Today I went to Jamba Juice I got two smoothies and I wanted to get a parm pretzel from Jamba Juice but they don't have them anymore due to being next to auntie Anne's.... so I want to get a pretzel the lady informs me I have to wait in both lines after I watched her let the two ladies before me order a pretzel with there Jamba Juice. Staff took my order and delivered a delicious smoothie within a few minutes. I've visited the store 4 times. It's a new store so the staff is new as well. My reason for 2 stars is as follows: the wait time for Aunties Ann's pretzel dog, 15-20 minutes. On the next trip I was short changed by $10.00 on a 20 dollar bill tender. I didn't realize it until after I left the register. On returning to the cashier I told her what happened and being a reasonable customer I said when you total your drawer and are over please call me here's my number. Never heard a peep. Today I went in to Aunties Ann, ordered hot dog, handed the cashier a $20 and she started to give me change for a $10. I now know better and said that's not a $10 bill. This time the change was correct. My hotdog made it from the oven to the counter but the person bagging it forgot about me and when I asked about it they proceeded to hand me an empty bag, that is until she realized there was no dog in it. That person was highly distracted, kind of like the cashier. Lastly the same young lady who was suppose to be serving me (bagging my hotdog) was highly distracted by what may have been her mate she was flirting with (pda) in the dinning area. Ok I now it's new staff and they are young (1st job?) but better training and a closer eye on what they do will grossly improve your customer satisfaction. Best Jamba Juice experience I've ever had. What really put this one over the edge was the customer service, specifically that cute tall girl you see in the first picture. She may look a little confused, but don't you worry she knows exactly what she is doing! And if you get the opportunity to make her laugh take it!
