The owner was super friendly and had lots of suggestions for the people in front of me ordering. Some were apprehensive and he could tell they had not tried this type of food before. He assured them that if they tried it and didn't like it, then he would make them something free of charge! Now that is standing behind your product. I decided to get the chicken and lamb combo over rice and it was delicious. The flavors were fantastic and the portion was very generous. I finished my meal feeling full and well satisfied. The truck also serves things like quesadillas, loaded fries, and cheese steaks, all with a unique halal spin. My girlfriend got a chicken Philly and she was nice enough to let me try a bite. We waited 30 min in the rain for our food. We watched people who order after us get their food…read more Apparently, the issue was their fryer was on the fritz. I suggest they keep a bowl with fries ready and when they are ordered you have them or you can double fry it to reheat and crisp them. When we did get the fries it was a massive portion with no season like the photo suggested and you guessed it greasy from sitting in the oil too long. They couldn't offer a refund, replace it with rice and it should not have been offered. Just say the fryer isn't working can we suggest rice? How hard is that? Never received an apology for the time we waited... in the rain. The worse part is we have both had better gyros in our lives.
