The beer selection has been of quality, with fun ties to the ownership's Dominican heritage all over the place. They've served Dominican fare as well, which has always been tasty and relatively well priced for brewery food. This is a small joint in Mint Hill, with a front patio that's twice the size of the indoor space. Or maybe it just feels that way because I never sit anywhere but on that front patio. But the best thing about Panzu has always been the people. The Panzu family cares, and you feel that constantly. They truly filled a void that was much needed, and I'm incredibly sad that they will not be around past today.
