The horchata drink, which I so foolishly believed would be a heavenly elixir of delight, instead tasted like the murky remnants of flavored puddle water! My taste buds, once vibrant and eager, were left gasping for reprieve--NO, this is NOT good at ALL! It is a travesty to the culinary world that such a desolate concoction exists! 2. And as if that atrocious drink wasn't enough to shatter my spirits, the restaurant had the audacity to impose a credit card fee of $1.15 on every single customer! How infuriatingly unjust! This illegal practice in South Carolina sent me on a desperate quest to the ATM, fumbling for cash like a prisoner seeking freedom, just to escape this grotesque charge before they would begrudgingly revoke it! 3. But wait! The universe wasn't done tormenting me just yet! The manager, a veritable tyrant cloaked in rudeness, stood as the final nail in the coffin of my joyous evening. While waiting in line to order there was only one young lady making and taking orders while 6 other people were standing around talking with one another. For a place that just recently reopened from a remodel due to a fire I would have thought the establishment would be well prepared and ran but that wasn't the case. The food was consistent with other locations but the atmosphere screams do not eat inside because we don't want you here. I don't like to give bad reviews but this location is awful
