7/17/26- I drove past this Taco Bell in Gaffney, S.C. a few minutes ago. I was taken back by the lack of dine in customers. ZERO! There were two cars at the drive thru. It's regrettable that the national issue with contaminated lettuce was traced back to their supplier. They didn't need this problem nor did they do anything to cause it. Taco Bell isn't one of my favorite places to eat but it's reliable and predictable. read more

The first thing I ordered I was told they couldn't do because the fryer was down. I was not given a receipt and my order was completely wrong, 4 cheese roll ups , soft taco and a burrito, what I got was 4 hard tacos, after I went in the store they ripped the bag out of my hand and said we will remake it, then they still hit the order wrong. read more

I grab lunch here pretty often and I'm partial to this place. Service is good, staff is friendly, they seem to be doing a pretty good job with Covid protocols, and I've never gotten a messed up order or food that wasn't hot. I ordered a Dorito's Locos Taco Supreme. The Doritos locos taco I received was obviously pre-made, and it was made so long ago that the shell was a soggy mess. It had no tomatoes or sour cream, so I actually paid extra for the supreme but didn't get it. I also ordered a soft taco. When I opened it, it was so slimy that I'm honestly wondering if someone spit in it. I obviously didn't eat it. The manager should be fired, as well as most of the staff. If an establishment is this bad, it's obvious that the manager is not doing their job, and neither are the employees. read more

The food is always great, it's taco bell. But the costumer service is horrible. There was two short hair young ladies who gave me the nastiest look when i asked if they had a type of dressing as if it isn't the most common dressing ever, then proceeded to yank my card and throw the bag of food in my hand. Not to mention they rushed me when i was placing my order and sounded very annoyed while placing as if they don't close in 3 hours? cmon now. Here is what we ordered, take-out from the counter: 1 vegetarian Mexican pizza no tomatoes 1 vegetarian Mexican pizza 2 soft tacos with only beans and lettuce 2 crunchy tacos with only beans, lettuce and cheese 1 double decker taco 1 black bean burrito Here is what was given to us correctly: Double decker taco and Mexican pizza The receipt showed everything correct but the Yahoos making the food either can't read or just don't pay attention. Both Mexican pizzas had tomatoes, the soft tacos had cheese, the crunch tacos added tomatoes, the black bean burrito had no rice (it was just soupy black beans in a burrito). Seriously? Consistently rude and get things wrong. Person at the register won't even speak to you. I keep coming here because I figure maybe it's not a reoccurring thing, but clearly this is a common issue judging by how many times I come here and the other reviews that justify my experiences here. So when I went through the drive thru I was greeted with "hi welcome to Taco Bell, before we get started, I need to tell you that we are out of lettuce". I stated that was fine because I didn't want lettuce anyway. Ordered a #6 which is the Doritos locos tacos. Asked for the cool ranch tacos. Fast forward to getting home and opening the bag. All three tacos were in fact NOT cool ranch, but the nacho cheese. To top that off, there is almost no meat or cheese. I basically just received three big, oddly shaped (wrong flavored) Doritos chips with a tiny bit of meat in it. This is not the first time I've had this kind of issues with this location. Other locations I go to do not seem to short me on meat or cheese and usually have my order correct. But at least they weren't out of Baja Blast for a change so I had that going for me. read more

I'm not one for being negative or writing reviews but traveling makes for hungry riders. We didn't know what we were walking into when we decided to make a quick stop for a bit to eat before continuing our road trip. This establishment was nasty. If I could rate zero stars I would I am so pissed because I am very friendly it's hard to do that they messed up my order three times in one day when I come back to fix it I come up to the window they're acting all sketchy I tell them my order for the second time then when I check the food for a second time even though they could check their cameras I open my bag and it's wrong again how are you getting quesadilla mixed up with a fucking burrito how many times can one person say it then you try to cause a disagreement which I didn't allow you to cause and make it look like I'm stealing so I take out my fucking card she doesn't even take it she just gives me the food I even asked them if they wanted to take the previous bag of food they told me no twice and then just slam the fucking window in my face when I asked her again maybe I'll just call corporate. Normally, I'd never review a Taco Bell or say that I'd like to actually EAT at one. Normally its a craving, pick it up and head home. However, THIS TAco Bell has something I've never seen before... MISS RUBY! She is absolutely AMAZING. I go probably every two weeks and she remembers my name along with my coworkers. SLOWEST DRIVE THRU IN THE ENTIRE CITY OF GAFFNEY! Even compared to McDonald's which is saying something because both of the McDonald's are unbelievable slow. I really don't know what their problem is when it comes to their drive thru I really don't. My sister's order and my order are always always always wrong with out fail. My sister has called and talked to manager to complain dozens and dozens of times and it does absolutely no good even calling corporate doesn't do any good. And heaven forbid you find a hair in your Barito because they will get an attitude with you over the phone and say you put it in there. So let's just say that Taco Bell is a hassle. read more

This restaurant is usually pretty fast and i usually get in and out within about 10 minutes, however they're very inconsistent on how they tell you your order is ready, i prefer them calling the number on my ticket rather than my name, the food is always good but sometimes my burrito has a ton of fillings in one end and nothing in the other, and my quesarito often has steak and cheese in one end but just rice in the other, all in all it's a good place to eat if you want fast cheap good food, but maybe go somewhere else if you're really picky read more
