It was filthy and looked as though it has never been washed. Straps were broken and hanging. Windows on the tent had holes in them. To top it off when they came to pick up the tent (earlier than agreed upon) the "operations manager" was extremely intoxicated. My guests were alarmed at his demeanor. The icing on the cake was that the guys then proceeded to hit one of my guests vehicles with their truck. My guest decided to take care of the scratches himself because he felt sorry for the kids who seemed nervous to call their boss. He just wanted to hit the road because our guest was from out of state and it was late and he didn't want to have to wait for them to get a hold of the boss. I'd suggest finding another rental company.
