Really fun tasting room we stumbled into when we got into town earlier the expected off the main strip of downtown Napa. It's located right next to the Andaz hotel. Service was great, ambiance was very relaxed and fun with the whole music theme, and the platinum flight tasting we went with was excellent. They also offer snacks you can order off the menu. Really cute place and enjoyed the service here. Our waiter even sung an interesting bday song for my friend. I loved the ambiance here and would highly recommend on a trip to Napa. This is the most modern place I've seen in downtown tasting rooms in Napa. They have a late night live music show on Fridays that we got to see the beginning of! There wines are awesome & affordable, the sister winery to John Anthony (which we also went to - not worth it). This tasting was much better that most. The cheese sampler was great! The servers were young people but it might have just been the time we went in. All around pretty good place to add to the list of downtown Napa tasting rooms to see. read more

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Been coming here at least 3x a year and every experience in the past year has gotten worse. The atmosphere has certainly changed, prices have gone up, customer service down. We typically attend with a member and unfortunately they have cancelled as well due to the escalated prices, environment and cut down club "benefits". The JAMclub is no longer worth it. They are shifting to a Napa exclusive experience and raising their bar too high. What was great about this place before is that it didn't get that vibe. What was once laid back with enjoyable wines marked at their quality, has turned into a typical snotty, overpriced hipster Napa spot. read more

Came here during the pandemic! We has amazing chill time with my girlfriends. It was quiet without a live band but they played awesome tunes while we enjoyed our wine and appetizer from next door. I cant wait to come back here to listen to a live band with amazing wine. Their wine is so popular that you can easily find them at your local store because it is good. We wanted to experience Downtown for dinner and decided to have wine before dinner and JaM was a perfect convenient spot. We had the Priority Wine Pass, allowing us to get a 2 for 1 wine flight (at the time they were also on Groupon, but the Priority Wine Pass was a better value for us. We were greeted by Hollianne, who was very sweet and knowledgeable about the wines. We opted for the 3 wines for $20, and selected the Sparkling, Chard, and Cab. Cute wine tasting room connected to the fancy hotel next door. I loved the chill vibe, it wasn't snooty or pish posh. They have wooden tables and benches but they seem like it's reservation only. My husband and I came in and got to sit on the couch in the middle of the room. Lots of people laughing, having fun, and their selection of wines seem personally curated with wineries that they know and people they are connected with. I visited JaM Cellars in October for my 35th Birthday Celebration with about 18 close friends. The entire trip was a surprise for me and my husband chose JaM as our first stop in Napa. Irie was our JaMbassador and she really rolled out the red carpet for us. We had the entire lounge area inside to ourselves and she even put on 90s/2000s musics that really took us back to our glory days. Many of my friends had never been to Napa so they appreciated the introduction to wine and the tasting tips. We had a such a variety that everyone found something they loved.
