I gave one more star, but it was still not the greatest experience. For one, I was still given a dish made with canned green beans. Granted, it had some spices, but still came from a can (also it was not very hot, it was very cool). Other cups of the food were not very hot either. No sweet was provided on my Thali, so I had some Jalebi at home. Thali should always include a sweet and Achar (pickle). Also, the young woman wanted to charge me the weekend Thali price ($16.99) but thankfully the honest gentleman gave me the correct price for weekday, $14.99. I did like the Gongura Chicken the best. The Chicken Tikka, and Mushroom were good too. The Rajma Dal was just O.K. I will repeat, all of the Thali dishes need to be hotter as most were served barely warm. The Naan was good. Namaste Dosto! P.S. there is no air conditioning here. If it is a warm day, it will be warm inside the restaurant.

The star of the show was the Butter Chicken (Makhani); I got mine hot and my wife was able to enjoy it. Hot has enough spice to tell you that you are eating Indian food but not so hot you begin to regret your choice. Personally, I like to be uncomfortably hot with spice so I will be getting their highest spice level next time. Take a piece of Naan, a bit of chicken and then keep dipping your Naan into the sauce for the Butter Chicken...so good! The Chicken Tikka platter was good but not great; we felt the same about the Puri. I am not questioning how well it was prepared; it wasn't to our liking so that is on us and our choice. Service was fast and they really tried to help us in our selections. They do a lot of takeout business; it was a steady stream of people coming in for food. Inside the restaurant it was us and another table was occupied when we left but, overall, it was rather light activity for such good food. We plan to come back; we might just get Butter Chicken for both with me getting the super hot and my wife getting hot or a level lower. I would not order the Puri again as it wasn't what we wanted (it was described as crispy, it was slightly crispy) but the Naan was excellent.

I wouldn't say anything in particular was the best ever, but everything was really good, which in itself is just awesome. The paneer tikka was good. Nice a flavorful. The palak chaat was fine - I'd say it was mostly just palak pakoras and didn't really have much of a flavors of a chaat. Proabably this was the only somewhat disappointing item. The paneer lababdar was really good. Asparagus kofta was probably the even better, and then the dal makhani was also good. We ordered naan in a couple of batches and enjoyed it most when they brought it out really fresh out of the tandoor. The bullet naan was really good. Garlic naan was good too. Really nice people and thoroughly enjoyed this Mother's Day feast.

Let me start by saying that the food was of the highest quality, and everything was delicious. The place was also very clean. That said, the place was completely empty. When we walked in there was nobody around, and because of the various TVs playing music and sports nobody heard us come in. We stood for several minutes and were about to leave when a guy popped out of the kitchen and looked surprised that we were there. He got us seated and watered quickly after this. Service throughout was pretty bad, with dude number 1 and our server more concerned with their phones and the cricket match. There was a bit of a language barrier too, but we worked through that. Anyway, we started with samosas, and they were pretty good. I then ordered the Chicken Vindaloo and my wife had some kind of shrimp curry thing. We also ordered naan, which didn't arrive until the middle of the meal. Again, everything was very tasty, but the service was a bit frustrating. I also want to point out that this is not a buffet, and that the menu is expert level. By that I mean that there are no descriptions or images of the dishes. It's just a list - chicken tiki, chicken vindaloo, etc. - and if you don't know a lot about Indian food you're going to be using Google a lot. Anyway, I will probably give these guys another try because the food was legit. Hopefully they will work out their service issues and maybe enhance their menu to better suit the market that they are in.

Both reservations and walk-ins are available. My husband and I arrived at opening time for lunch, and many tables were available. One table was dirty, so we sat at a different one. Throughout our meal, two employees kindly served us. The menu listed many meat, seafood, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and the spiciness levels were customizable. I saw chaat, tadoori, biryani, dosa, and more. Prices were reasonable. Here are my ratings for what we ate: Mixed Vegetable Curry - 4.5 stars - I requested a spiciness level of medium, and the cook prepared it accordingly. The ingredients appeared to include green beans, peas, carrots, cauliflower, potato, onion, tomato, clove, cinnamon, ginger, and garlic. The serving size was generous, so I could have had leftovers for a latter meal. Chicken Saag - 4.5 stars - My husband usually orders Saag Paneer, but he chose chicken this time. Other ingredients included spinach, fenugreek, ginger, and garlic. He chose a spiciness level of mild, and the cook prepared it as such. He said that it was "tasty" and "very good" and that he would happily eat at this restaurant again in the future. The side of basmati rice was cooked pefectly. Garlic Naan - 5 stars - My husband described this garlic naan as "Oh, wow! Very flavorful! Crunchy but not overdone."
