Be aware of this company. They will scam you with the pricing. They take your credit card…read moreinformation, then tell you they will charge you when they deliver the dumpster without saying anything to you. Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. Find a trustworthy company, but not Rhody Disposal.

I don't think I had ever requested a dumpster personally, so sizes and pounds made no sense in my brain - but they explained it well and the process was seamless. We actually ended up needing a second dumpster because of the amount of removal we didn't even know we had, and they worked within their network to make it happen. I highly, highly recommend this service - I was texting and calling at random hours on the weekend and at night and always received a friendly and informative response. Thanks again to the DD team!
