I contacted JDog to do an estate clean out. Bryan responded within 24 hours to set up an…read moreappointment for an estimate. During the on-site tour, he was kind, respectful and professional (the house was older and not in good shape). The day after I received a quote for the job that was very reasonable and I scheduled an appointment for the clean out. JDog's crew (Bryan, Jesse, Alexis and Michael) arrived a few minutes before the appointed and got right into the job (attic, house, cellar, garage). Took them 8 hours and 4 truckloads, plus much sweeping afterwards. I never would have been able to clear out this estate without them. In addition to the respectful and professional manner they exhibited, they all had a sense of humor, which I appreciated. I recommend JDog highly for any type of junk removal!

Now I will get fines from the city unless I pay to have them removed. When I called them, the woman on the phone was rude and said there was nothing she could do, and she didn't care about reviews. Not only that, they lost my side table. And on top of all of that, they refused to move my washer and stared they'd come back the following day to move it. Then they wanted to charge an extra 300$ to move it even though they charged us for it the first day they came. And, they picked up my furniture at 3pm and didn't get to my new location until after 6pm. To go from Woonsocket to Coventry it took them over 3 hours. And the manager offered no resolution, and was extremely unhelpful. I could not regret using this company more. Do not recommend.
