Not only were their prices lower (and they had the brand of tees that I wanted), their customer service was awesome. I was already frazzled by my first order with OOShirts and on edge, so I honestly wasn't the best client and definitely a pain to work with, and they were very gracious and professional. WOW! I am impressed. I ordered a set of die cut business cards. Nothing too intricate but a very tight register. I was a new customer so I wasn't sure what to expect. They came in at half the cost of my other quote so, honestly, I wasn't expecting anything anywhere near to the quality I received... and I'm one of those picky designers. The register was right on... the color was right on... and the cost was really right on. I'll definitely be a return customer. I have used this buisness for printing buisness cards, customizing buisness post it pads as well as for some fun producs such as a 40th bday tank top. They go above and beyond. I made an error with my shipping address after recently moving and they shipped it again (covering the overnight shipping fee)so I would have my products by end of business day! This place is seriously legit. Today I called in a panic. You see I'm quite the procrastinator. Like level 50 and well I realized that I needed to print and Mail my daughters bday invite since her party is in 4 weeks!! Well I call at 3:30 and get this cool cat, Christian. He doesn't know me, but treats me like a queen. They don't normally do rush orders, however he would check and see if there was anything they could do to help me in my quest. Within 15 mins he had my artwork had my credit card number and my invites were well on their way for printing. The best part is they were so cost effective! They were ready for pick up in an hour. AN HOUR PEOPLE! This is unheard of. I go and pick them up and they are lovely. I'm pretty sure Angels were singing when I took a gander at those beauties. I have been in contact with Jak Prints for a month now - I was paired with a Rep who up and quit half way through the process yet no one told me. They sent me a quote that I approved and paid as soon as I got it - they then sent over a proof of my shirt that was nothing like my idea. (I had created my own proof from day one for my initial meeting) They never told me my rep quit and never bothered to set up another meeting with me even though I expressed through email numerous times I would come in the office if there were any other questions. I was up front about my deadline from day one and even the 2 weeks leading up to that asking almost daily when we could get started. Finally - less than a week before my deadline, they break the news to me that my rep had quit 2 weeks ago and they can not produce my shirts in time even though I had already paid the day I received my invoice. I had a unique business card I needed recreated and Jakprints got it right!

I used Jakprints to have custom die-cut escort cards made for my wedding. They seemed to be the most reasonably priced company I could find during my initial searches. Initially, the communication was extremely slow- it took nearly a week between each email to get a response, even longer to get proofs sent, etc. even after I had already paid!!! Based just on that experience, I would have rated these guys much lower. BUT one of the account managers, Ashley TOTALLY redeemed them!! I had expressed some frustration with the slow-moving process, and that I found out AFTER I paid and approved a proof that the image I sent was low resolution and they would be unable to print my items. Ashley completely went so far above and beyond what I would ever expect a printing company to do- she found a higher resolution image of the artwork (it's a totally random object too- not easy to find stock images of Los Angeles County lifeguard rescue cans!!), changed the color, removed some weird watermarks, and had them rushed and expressed shipped to me at no extra cost. Everything about working with her was awesome- she was super friendly, professional, and totally understood the urgency in getting the items quickly for my wedding. So overall, definitely 5 stars for Ashley!! More like 1 for everything else...... read more

I ordered cards online through jakprints and I can say that it was not that great of an experience. First they would not remove the square box background of the image that I sent in unless I paid extra to have the image sent to one of their artists. I do not think people should have to pay extra to have a white background deleted, but I went ahead and got transferred to the artist, who wasn't there, and left a voicemail. No one ever called me back. About a week and a half later (I thought maybe they were just busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt) I contacted them letting them know that no one ever contacted me, so they had someone else contact me. He was pretty quick but I had to pay $40 extra just to have a white background removed from a picture, but at least the cards would be done soon, right? Wrong. It has been 8 days since I approved the proofs and we don't have our order- the order hasn't even shipped yet. So, yeah it was okay. Not very fast. read more

I spent over $5000 with this company and the customer service is still horrible. They overcharge way to much for the quality of their work and have smudges under the arm for $38 a shirt plus shipping. I recommend customers to stay away from this place because of my experience and I wouldn't want anyone else to fall into the same trap I did. I'm completed unsatisfied, feel ripped off and they would not deliver on my original files I paid over $100+ for. This corporation would charge you for water if it was a restaurant. Don't bother! Terrible service, little understanding or empathy, bad customer service. For a small non-profit that I volunteer with, I placed an order for T-shirts. I placed the order on the 11th, the website says "5 business days", you order and place an order without seeing the product, as they "will reach out to you within 24 hours". They take your money right away, the information you give them is not for a hold- they just take the money before even talking to you. They reached out a few days later, saying my desired in-hands date of the 25th (14 days, 10 business days later, was not possible, unless I was willing to pay more, which the non-profit couldn't afford, but even if it could, this is an outrageous way of doing business, and felt very much like a scam. Since they already had our money (which unfortunately was most of the non-profits available money), it was a lose-lose situation. I ended up having to call them 3 times, spending over 2 hours on the phone with unfriendly staff, in order to get it cancelled. Still waiting on the refund now. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT! read more

Over priced hipsters. Tried calling to get a job done thru jak prints. I was quoted 3-5x what I was told elsewhere. Both sales women that I talked to sounded disgruntled and uninterested to help me both times I called. Disappointed to say the least. I've never wrote a review about anything in my life, but the customer service and attitude displayed by all 3 employees I talked to was just plain unacceptable. If you don't want to take sales calls all day then be a grown up and get a real job. read more

Wow. I've been using them consistently for at least 7 years. Good quality for the most part. Had a horrific customer service experience today. Bait and switch type price increase on variable data (not listed anywhere on their site) but basically a $75 charge AFTER we placed the order and got a quote with no place on the website to explain how they come up with it. Mind you we have been placing the same order regularly for the last 7 years. When simply asking for more information on how they calculated this price (after order submission) the reps were just plain condescending and basically said we were "lucky" for the last (7) years and that is why we were not charged. After reviewing our order history (many orders of same specs) the said they could do it for $50. Unbelievable. Some customer service retraining needed there. There are plenty of other services out there. Watch out for these guys with extra charges being tacked on at their whim. read more
