I placed an order several weeks ago. My graphic artist guy said he could not split the order when placing it with JAKPRINTS. I needed the order split in even over 2 invoices for my 2 companies. It took 3 phone calls and five days and a lot of wasted time trying to explain this over and over to the customer service people every time I called. I had to call them back, they never called me back. OMG they made me jump through hoops. Ridiculous!!!!! so I did what they asked... open 2 different accounts place, call them back, they will split the order, create 2 invoices, save them with my 2 company names. Then they said have my accountant call them and pay for it at one time. They in turn will cancel the order on the 2 accounts my made me open previously on their website. Then they would have 2 invoices to give me. This is so crazy....next step was they would go back combine the order again into my graphic artist account. SERIOUSLY what is wrong with these people? They did it this way because they were making it SOOOOO MUCH HARDER THAN IT NEEDED TO BE. ALSO because they refused to give me the stated discount over 545 tees unless I did it like this. They said they system was set up like this. THEN I call back and was assured many times the order will arrive on time despite them wasting my time for five days trying to figure this out. They got the order ready after 5pm the other day and it was picked up by UPS. JAKPRINT sends ground NO MATTER if you ask for expedited shipping because it only takes 2 days to ship in CA. Well I am in Seattle. WTF! So I track the UPS # and I see that JAKPRINTS barely had time to get it here overnight like discussed previously with them several times. Then there was an exception by UPS. The exception was not clear or spelled out why. BUT THEY DID NOT SHIP OVERNIGHT LIKE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. NOW I DO NOT HAVE THESE SPECTACULAR TEES TO GIVE OUT AT AN INDUSTRY EVENT THAT I AM CO-SPONSORING TONIGHT! I spent several 1000s of dollars with them just for the tees. They are arriving 4 FOUR DAYS LATE. They graciously said they would not make me pay for them. Like I was going to??? I told them I want ALL my money back. The owner did call me and tried to fix it but could not. THEY CUT THE MANUFACTURING TIME DOWN TO THE WIRE AND DID NOT SHIP OVERNIGHT LIKE I ASKED. THEN UPS HAS AN EXCEPTION.... WTF! It took me months to plan my product roll out, what I was going to do, the events to do, timed with advertising in the industry magazine, getting a feature story done on us after this event to appear in two months in the industry magazine. THEY SINGLE HANDEDLY RUINED MY STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN; SET ME BACK MONTHS IN A VERY COMPETIVE INDUSTRY IN WHICH I AM TRYING TO GAIN MARKET SHARE. THEY SUCK! read more

I am honestly so surprised this company came through for us. I had a very complicated custom order, I worked with them for a couple weeks through email and phone and they were always great at communicating with me clearly and promptly. I never felt like I was talking to an uninterested employee, everyone always seemed like they actually wanted to help me. I ended up ordering 2000 pieces of my custom order and their price was almost half of what other companies had quoted me. I was a little nervous to receive my order as I still had some fear they would mess up the folds but I received my order the exact day they said I would and the prints were better than I could have ever imagined. I don't think I've ever been as happy with a print job as I have with this one. 100% recommend this company, specially if you're a graphic designer trying to create something really custom. read more

I am thrilled with this company. I called them after finding them online knowing nothing about their work ethic. I was a bit leery about working with an out of state company however my agent Lindsey Gore could not have been any better. She helped bring to fruition a complicated printing project. She was an excellent contact, cheerful, effective, with great follow through. Craig Winzer was outstanding in graphic design, endlessly patient with the changes we made. In a VERY SHORT TIME my project was proofed and completed. Excellent staff, work ethic and production. I have worked with high end printers before but Jakprints sets the standard. My experience with Jakprints has been fantastic due to my representative Linda F. She is extremely speedy when it comes to quotes and orders, very quick at responding to my questions via email or phone, and even apologizes if it takes more than 24 hours to respond. On the very rare occasion where I've worked with other representatives, however, things have been a little less organized and progress is slower - now I know to always go through my rep rather than using the online ordering system which got passed onto others. Had them do some all over style dryfits for my softball team. Other than some minor difficulties in sending the large multiple files, the service was fantastic. I say minor because the customer service was very prompt in helping me troubleshoot and get the files send digitally. The shirts came out great and for a great price. The shirts have held up extremely well despite abuse, and have held up better than my buddies mojogear jersey. The colors were spot on and the designs lined up well. Would recommend them to anyone needing full subbed shirts done. read more

We've used Jak Prints for three or four jobs now - primarily door hangers. The pricing is what got me to try them out - the quality will get me to return. Don't get me wrong, the pricing helps me to return as well. Our graphic designer recommended that we check into Jak Prints and I'm glad we did. The minor glitches of picking up orders and the relatively indifferent counter staff, though pleasant, was mildly irritating. But if that's the worst of it then I'll certainly return again next time we need something printed that they offer. read more

I did a lot of online research before placing my apparel order and it seemed that many of the large companies had a poor track record with both the printing and the delivery times. Jakprints promised a quick turnaround and they didn't disappoint! The template was easy to use and my order was processed the very next day. She was extremely easy to talk to and pretty laid back and rad. She made my dumb questions feel like they were exciting. They sent a proof beforehand and ensured me that the pixilation and quality of the image would come out well. It was very easy to contact someone there regarding my project. Jakprints is horrible. I ordered a simple full print t-shirt hoping for good quality. It. Was. Terrible. The were white marks all over the shirt. Indicating it wasn't laid flat when it was print upon. The image was blurry and nothing like the digital proof I was sent. I will never use jakprints again. Seriously, do not use jakprints. Ordered several variations of business cards for our employees and they were delivered promptly, looked great, and were according to our specifications. The color lined edges really give the cards a nice look and even though we picked the normal weight paper, they still have a good feel to them! Pricing was also very reasonable.
