Today, I decided to call in hopes of finally getting an update. Instead, I was routed to a virtual assistant that was so lifelike, I initially thought I was speaking to an actual person. No one from the store has returned my call. I left my flute with this business a year ago, followed up twice via email, and now I've been left in the dark yet again. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unprofessional. What happened to real customer service? It's incredibly disappointing. Companies like this only seem to respond when public complaints surface--which is telling. Shame on Evolution Music.
