Tried to replace it herself via Youtube and was unable to. Brought it to Broadway and Andy took a lot of time to show her step by step how to do it herself next time it happens! Didnt even charge us for the restring! So to make up for it, we bought an awesome new guitar case and a tool to help with restringing. They also refurnished her older (first) electric guitar (a cheap secondhand ION) a few months earlier with new pickups, cleaned the entire guitar and did such a great job..Forget Amazon crap or Guitar Center...will support this local small business for now on. Love the personal service here and we will continue to shop here for any and all gear AND future guitar purchases. Thanks again Andy! You made this father's day!

My 11 year old has grown SO much in his piano, and my 8 year old, her violin playing amazes me! And, I have to say I have the most difficult 6 year old (personality-wise) and how Mr. Alex is able to teach her ukulele is beyond me. He has the patience of a saint. The two older ones also take voice, at first we just started it to offset the fact that their friends were in summer sports and they weren't interested; however, they didn't want to stop when school started. Being at HGS is something we all look forward to every week.
