Didnt even charge us for the restring! So to make up for it, we bought an awesome new guitar case and a tool to help with restringing. They also refurnished her older (first) electric guitar (a cheap secondhand ION) a few months earlier with new pickups, cleaned the entire guitar and did such a great job..Forget Amazon crap or Guitar Center...will support this local small business for now on. I think Sprint is a fairly decent company and haven't had problems with any other store, but avoid this store at all cost. They have horrible customer service. During our discussion she said little more than "That's store policy" and just plain refused to help me out. At one point she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. She was not only rude to me but also a coworker who she berated in front of me. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but still I couldn't believe the way she acted and treated others. My sister went to another Sprint store and was in and out in twenty minutes and they shipped her phone to her.
