Google search directs us to the closest O'reilly auto parts which takes us the back way - down a long and winding road to Centerville, TN. I saw a sign of salvation when we passed Ultimate Automotive since we had no idea what was going on with the car. I made a u-turn and pulled in to ask for help. Zack and JP were there to check the car out for us and it turned out the battery was dead. They took the time to check for other possible issues since we were traveling and had many miles to go yet. I can't begin to tell you how lucky we were to find them. To trust total strangers while out of town and traveling is one thing but to find this team that has so many years of automotive knowledge and repair history between them is a godsend. We were back on the road in no time and the car has not had any more issues since. Five stars should register as fantastic which is so much more than great. Knowledgeable, super nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them when you are in need of automotive repair and/or maintenance.

We had my car dropped off last Sunday so they could give it a full look over and fix anything that needed attention. My husband had already done some work on it himself, but there were still a few things we wanted a professional to handle, so we had it towed over to them. They originally said it might take around two weeks, but they got everything done in just over a week, which we really appreciated. Everyone there is always friendly, honest, reliable, and easy to talk to. They keep you updated, do great work, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. This is the second time I've trusted them with my vehicle, and I've honestly had such a great experience both times. As long as we're living here, they'll definitely be the shop we keep going back to. We really appreciate all the hard work they put in and everything they did for us. Thank you guys again for everything you do!

It was in the 90's and the bus was not drivable. It was 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Chandler...we thought the water pump/belt had failed. Chandler drove to where the bus was in Only, TN, assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, drove back into Nashville for parts and returned to work on the bus late into the evening in a parking lot. I received at call at 9:30pm that he had repaired the bus. Chandler was an excellent communicator, completed the repair so quickly and for a very fair price. I would use Tristar Roadside Rescue again and would give more than 5 stars if I could! So thankful!

I drive 30 miles out of the way for their services. They assure your wheels are tightened to the correct torque specifications, so it isn't hard to get them off next time. They will not scratch your wheels and have their priorities straight. How do the other tire shops even stay in business? I would trust them with my wallet. They have an air-conditioned lounge with a TV and vending machine for children or whoever. The owner is bound to honor and integrity, and it is like therapy talking to them especially for us who have disdain for the city and the soullessness found there (people at stores get mad at you half the time for even showing up. You will be in and out in half hour if you are next in line. They handled my mercedes benz amg with tact and that is just their standard since I saw them treat a 90s sedan with scratches and dents as if it was a rolls royce. Awesome. There is just something about Tidwell tires that makes me smile and don't want to seem corny but I left happier than when I showed up. May the creator of the universe, and of everything outside and in-between, bless these guys a thousand fold!!! 11/10 service they'd give you a shirt of their back. Postivity only accumulates around places of immaculate conduct and integrity, don't take my word for it..youll need tires eventually so check them out, they close at 5 pm !
