I explained this to them and they gave me a hard time but cancelled it and said just call back to re-schedule. Long story short they cancelled ALL future appointments and when I went in for the next appt. 3 of the women upfront ganged up on me and argued with me about the appt., it was all ridiculous because I missed 1 appt. I never go on here and say anything about any company wherher I have had a good or bad experienc. But I must say these people are fake and the dentist was not that great but after spending 7 grande all of a sudden they gang up on me for missing that appointment and saying I should go somewhere else. it was so dumb!! They had no problem with me coming 5 other times before that but since I missed an appt! i was a problem. I didn't yell or curse at them but since I disagreed with them I was a terrible person! Anyway....there are Dentists on every corner here so that is no problem and I didn't really like going there. I Made an appointment at Forestville…read more road Dental Care, Wake Forest, NC, because I have a cavity on my left rear tooth that I had gotten filed there about two years ago. I also have a loose tooth in the front. They talked about puling several teeth (2) along with the loose tooth and getting a bridge. I was getting the rear tooth pulled because they said I could not get a root canal on the tooth they filed two years ago. They took a bunch of x rays (8+) and then along with those x-rays they decided to take panoramic x-ray once they checked out my insurance afforded me two free x-rays a year. Not sure why they couldn't use the 8+ ones they had already taken. Before I left I got a bill for the treatment that I was to get done on my return. Which was around $1,500. When I returned for the deep cleaning, because I was told I had to do this first, my hygienist was great. I have partial on the top so I didn't need any cleaning there, and only about 9 teeth on the bottom. Once finished as I was getting ready to leave the dentist (women) started talking to me about after each tooth was pulled, she was going to put some sort of bonding on the area where each tooth was extracted for $399 each. Needless to say, I was shocked since this was the first time I heard of this and was not disclosed when the original treatment plan and approximately $1,500 bill was given to me and this was mandatory only after I had already started treatment. Again, this was not on the first bill. This new afterthought on their part would have added to the already bill that I received for $1,500 (not counting the deep cleaning payment I already paid for), an additional $1,600. I told her I did not want that and she told me then I can't get the work done without it. UNREAL! I am also going to make a formal complaint to the State Board of Dental Examiners regarding this unfair situation. Barbara

My mom has an insurance that isn't widely accepted so we struggled the day before, calling the provider, doing google searches, only to get dead ends. Once we found this practice, we held our breath, hoping they'd be friendly and accommodating - overwhelmingly yes! Joy took great personal interest in my mom, and the ladies at the front desk were so resourceful, helping us find an endodontist for the next step in care. Dr. Magno was also kind and professional. The office is clean, coffee and water in the waiting area where nice music plays and plenty of travel and cooking magazines to peruse. Extremely pleased with our visit!
