I went in today for a root canal I had been putting off and the staff was wonderful and so was the Dr. They took the time to walk through the process and explain everything to me. I felt no pain as he did the procedure and he showed up the work on the screen afterwards. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for this speciality. I had great conversations with each member of the staff and they cared about my personal situation and my outcome. i wish all healthcare could be like this. I had to…read morecall and cancel 1 appointment for a cleaning because my Dad had fallen and was in the hospita. I explained this to them and they gave me a hard time but cancelled it and said just call back to re-schedule. Long story short they cancelled ALL future appointments and when I went in for the next appt. 3 of the women upfront ganged up on me and argued with me about the appt., it was all ridiculous because I missed 1 appt. I never go on here and say anything about any company wherher I have had a good or bad experienc. But I must say these people are fake and the dentist was not that great but after spending 7 grande all of a sudden they gang up on me for missing that appointment and saying I should go somewhere else. it was so dumb!! They had no problem with me coming 5 other times before that but since I missed an appt! i was a problem. I didn't yell or curse at them but since I disagreed with them I was a terrible person! Anyway....there are Dentists on every corner here so that is no problem and I didn't really like going there. It's all women there and the blonde with the bad perm is the worst and they are all pretty frumpy so maybe they are just miserable, but if you have to cancel an appointment be prepared!!!!!

Which is something I needed at the time. She explained all the procedures and X-rays that I would undergo during my visit. I told her I was having a bad day but she quickly said well hopefully I will cheer u up by the end of the visit and bring u a little peace while u r here. She is really funny, chatty and knowledgeable. After the visit was over I was in a happier mood. She was right! She is a lovely person and for that small snippet of time in the dentist office Susan bought some cheer into my life. I told her I actually forgot about my horrible day while she was servicing my mouth. The work she did on my teeth was great. She definitely values me as a patient and demonstrate great customer service. She is an example for others to follow.

That said, there is a hygienist at his practice who does not keep patient information and patient care confidential. Lance- I wrote a formal letter detailing my experience and submitted it to my dentist/the practice. To my surprise, I never heard from my dentist of over eight years. Instead, a woman called me telling me they got the letter and they handled it. Nothing was said during the call that acknowledged the seriousness of the situation nor made me want to continue going to the practice. The way that I was treated and the way the situation was handled was almost worse than the offense. So there's no need for me to call in.

Joy took great personal interest in my mom, and the ladies at the front desk were so resourceful, helping us find an endodontist for the next step in care. Dr. Magno was also kind and professional. However, my issue is there is no where to discuss the bill I was paying...NO PRIVACY! I was out front with multiple people, one who was on the phone, loud as all get out putting her business out there, 4 ft from the counter where I was attempting to get an explanation of the charges. Myself and the young girl, her name was "In training" had to step outside and discuss MY business. PLEASE open up an area for some privacy about BILLING ISSUES.....Dang it man!!!!
