Not laughing at me, stalking me, and sending me a harassing message on my Facebook profile. If he contacts me again, I will be submitting all of this information to the local authorities, and filing a police report. This is not how you handle an upset customer, as either a business or an employee. This is exactly how you ruin your reputation and get fired. Stalking an upset customer and then sending them a harassing message over an honest review is grounds for immediate dismissal in any industry. This is a terrible look for your employee, your management, and your business. This is no way to handle a business or a customer, I hope someone who knows how to sees this updated review.

Based on the location and decor, one would not expect too much about the food. Our group of 4 ordered 4 different dishes, with mine being the pan fried Hake. Well let me tell you, all 4 dishes were licked clean by the end of the meal! That should tell you something about the taste. We were initially blown away by the presentation of our dishes. Again, we didn't expect such level of presentation that's typically seen at fine dining establishments, not a rusty boat in the middle of a small town. Once we tasted our food we were even more surprised as all 4 dishes were as delicious as they looked. This restaurant is a must try if you're in Belfast!

Servers are paid the same regardless of my dining experience. While the merits of the US tipping culture is the subject of much debate. What is undebatable is that a servers attention to my dining experience is certainly amplified when their compensation depends on it. Nonetheless the experience was a blast and the food was awesome. The stand out item was the seafood chowder. I will be back later this year for another bowl for certain.
