When I was able to get my MRI, Dr. Anderson contacted me and told me that there was nothing to operate on because it was just edema. I was flabbergasted. How can someone have edema in the same location for over 10 years, that does not go away with rest and only continue to grow. Dr Anderson just didn't want to do the surgery, but he did informed me that it would be considered an cosmetic surgery that my insurance wouldn't cover, so I would have to pay out pocket. My own provider doesn't believe it to be edema. I was distraught because 2024 was a painful year and this improvement for.my well being was something that kept me moving forward. I hung up on Dr. Anderson then later spoke with Jamie office manager and requested my refund and was told she would have to check with billing. Jamie did I check with billing when I paid to have the procedure??It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my refund. I talked with Jamie again today and was told that it was passed on to administrators and because I hung up twice on them they were thinking about discharging me as a patient. What service did I received other than conversation. Now it looks like I will have to take legal action just so I can receive my own money back. You don't have to worry about discharging me Jamie or Dr. Anderson why would I stay

Dr. Anderson came highly recommended from another highly respected general surgeon. It took two procedures due to a significant amount of internal scaring. I love Dr Anderson's unique personality. There was one visit that was not so good for me emotionally following the first procedure. He did not miss a beat, handed me a tissue and reassured me that everything was on track to the best we could expect with my allergies and the amount of scaring. THANK YOU! Maybe the visit lasted less than 5 min. Much later I got a bill for $350. Turns out I need vein surgery since luckily I went for a second opinion. Plus I've tried leaving a message with my insurance info to them more than once . I have to say I'm not impressed.

I knew that I wanted and needed mircrodermabrasion. Due to the change in weather, my skin had been really dry and peeling. I called and was greeted by the friendliest person. She took down my information and told me to come right on in. I received a text message to complete documents prior to my arrival which helped save time and get services rendered asap. I was greeted by a gentleman when I arrived and he offered water/coffee and showed me where the restroom was located just in case I needed to tinkle *wink. Payton was the absolute best! I told her what my problem was and identified the targeted areas. Based on my responses and her suggestions, I decided to get the Hydrafacial and added dermaplane which is exactly what I needed. My skin feels amazing and I've been told I have a glow. I don't have a pic because there's a sign that reads no photography. I'll be sure to take before and after pics in 4 weeks to update this post. Been going here for months and have spent over $10,000 in treatments. Walking away with scars from…read morebeing burned and purple rash like bruising. I am done, hallelujah. The owner Clarissa is friendly and personable unless there is an issue. Then you are treated like a pariah and being difficult. There is so much to say about how horrible my experience so won't be able to fit everything. My consultation was for fat reduction which was super quick with no body scan or photos. Only one thing was mentioned (M-Sculpt) which they could get me started immediately. After my first treatment I had 2nd degree burns. I spoke with the owner Clarissa about not feeling like this was going to be a good fit because the heat portion was the fat reduction and the other was muscle definition which is not what I came in for. She said she was going to try cavitation. At my next appt. she explained how great this machine was and kept me on it with no heat. She covered my blisters with cotton and put the paddles over top. We continued doing this for weeks. I mentioned one day I thought the blisters might be infected because they hurt so bad and the areas were extremely red. She said they were fine and showed me a jar of equate healing cream I could pick up at Walmart. Every few weeks I would try to talk to her about still not feeling like this was a good treatment plan for me because I didn't feel anything in my muscles through my layer of fat even at the highest setting and wasn't getting the fat reduction. We literally had the same exact conversation every single time. She would say we need to do a body scan/pictures, she would show me a butt lifting part of M-sculpt saying we would eventually get to doing that and get me where I need to be. After having this same conversation multiple times I realized it didn't matter if It was working or not because I was being put on it out of convenience because they double book and it's easier just to stick me on a machine and walk out. In the months of going here almost every visit felt like an advertisement. While she was putting me on the M-sculpt she would talk about other services I could use. She sold me on Trizepitide and eventually IPL laser. I also had a hydro facial. Every single month I was on the shot they tried to charge me more than what I was told when I started. It was awkward to keep having same conversation and them having to go back to see how much I was charged. Then one time randomly charged even more because she gave me a shot with increased dose without discussing it with me. I did pay the extra but said I wanted to go back to lower dose. All I can say about the IPL laser is I still have the red dot, broken capillaries and sun spot she said would all go away. They all look the same. More money down the drain. Randomly one day she said my legs were done although they had zero change I just said ok then asked if I needed to make appt for the butt lift she had talked about. She gave me a look like I was dumb and said harshly with a tone "for people who pee on their self." I just said "no" and had no clue what else to say. Then she rudely said " You're not going to be satisfied" I said "Im sorry I wasn't trying to upset anyone I have just been open and honest from the beginning. I really wish we had done the body scan so you can see what I'm talking about." She came back with such a tone and said " OH OK! , You can come in once a month for a body scan so YOU can see a difference, but we aren't doing anymore treatments until you hit your goal weight." I just said ok and would have never walked back in but I had one more IPL treatment. At my last IPL appt she randomly decided to do cavitation as well. So we did IPL laser on my face, neck and arm then cavitation on my stomach and both arms all in less than an hour which I now I have purple rash like bruising from. Lesson learned: Go some where that specializes in services I'm looking for and not a one stop shop that can't keep track of treatment plans, conversations, training, pricing or integrity.
