The receptionist was so nice and was able to fit me in within 2 days. I love that the office has plenty of free street parking and is so easy to get to. The front office staff, Ruzanne, was so friendly and kind! I had my son with me and she made sure to make us both feel welcome. When they called me in, Dr. Luiza was so attentive and knowledgable. She explained to me which tooth had broken, what happens inside the mouth and gums when this happens, and how to take care of my teeth better for the future. She didn't recommend unnecessary procedures or make me feel bad for not regularly seeing a dentist. She explained with such warmth how important taking care of our teeth is, without being pushy. A friend…read more strongly recommended this practice and I didn't see Kerkorian, but rather a lovely female dentist (I was hoping I could find her name on the website but she's not there so forgive me for forgetting this excellent practitioner's name). Ani is an amazing hygienist and I was in and out as a new patient with full x-rays in only 45 minutes. Amazing. The ONLY thing I can suggest to improve the experience is to re-think the office sanitation procedure. Instead of cleaning a chair between visitors or using a paper liner for the chairs, there is thin plastic tarping covering the chair - that sticks right to hot legs on a hot day and makes things rather uncomfortable. It's not "green" at all to use disposable plastic (no plastic bags can go into recycling) instead of simply giving a chair a disinfecting wipe between patients. I don't know if that is what the "Green" stands for in the firm's name, but the leaf logo makes me think there should be more eco-forward practices here. I would knock off half a star, but since I can't, I'm rounding up for the excellent service, friendly staff, and ease of street parking. Thank you, Green California!

A negative review should not be what causes this problem to be resolved after the patient has had to come into the office multiple times seeking resolution. As a reminder, please check your EOB and then verify with your insurance on what the office is contractually allowed to charge for services in network. Our insurance provider was very helpful in this situation. This office lost 2 patients due to this experience.

She explained every step of the procedures I was having done and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Anyway, I was able to get another dentist to see me sooner and when I cancelled my appointment they informed me that they would not be refunding the deposit and they told me I was informed it was non refundable when I called (which is a lie). I guess I dodged a bullet and glad I didn't give them any more money but be careful with these people, reputable dentists do not prey on their patients.
