At 5 months old, our puppy spent 2 weeks with their welcoming, positive team for the boot camp program. We delivered an active and spastic puppy who jumped on everyone and everything, had no self-control, either wouldn't go on a walk or would go nuts every time he saw another animal, among other puppy challenges. We picked up a calm puppy who knew his commands, focused on the task given, responded to positive messages and focused on his owner while on walks, not other distractions. This has truly made the transition from new puppy to a beloved member of our family occur! The most important part of this program is not the focused training with proven consistent systems, but the way they took time to patiently and thoroughly teach my son how to continue training his puppy, using the same systems he'd learned through boot camp. It has given my son such a great guide to provide quality, purposeful time for the two of them together as well as insure that the puppy doesn't go back to him bad habits. As assumed, it's greatly enriched their relationship, reminding me the full value of getting a puppy. Sue, Gina, Nadine and everyone at Quail Creek K-9: Thank you for the gift you have given us. Through you, we have gained new friends and an ongoing support system for our entire journey with our new four-legged family member.

I had been getting him groomed every 2 months for the last 2 years by Meghan at Dogtopia. She did a beautiful job every time and my dog just loved her. When I took him this time they did not tell me ahead of time that Meghan was no longer there. I told them I wanted the full spa treatment and for him to have the standard wire haired fox terrier cut that he had always gotten. When I picked him up he had been shaved except for eyebrows and moustache. It wasn't even a clean shave!! He had tufts hanging out all over and places shaved to the skin. The backs of his ears, under his ears and sides of his face and around his throat were shaved to bare skin then they tied a skanky bandana around his neck to try to hide it. They made sure to charge my credit card for $92 BEFORE they let me see my dog. He usually greets all the people in there and explores when we start to leave. This time he just ran to the door and tried to get it open to get out. I get physically ill when I think about how he was treated and handled while they were doing this to him. Something has changed at this Dogtopia in the last few months. I had noticed that the hallway was dirty and smelly the last couple of visits and that the dogs were not as perky and clean looking when they left. Also don't see any familiar staff anymore.

Justin and his team stepped in and saved the day! My dog, Henry, now gets his mid-day walk a few times a week and it gives me such peace of mind. His walker sends me sweet text messages/emails about Henry's progress that day and even pictures of him enjoying his walk. Getting daily updates is so reassuring and always make me smile. Finally, the ease of booking dog walking/pet sitting online along with paying online is the cherry on top. I know that Henry's in good hands with them, and I highly recommend them for your dog walking/pet sitting needs!

The charge was not high, but the quality of work was very poor. My wife gave specific instructions on exactly what she wanted for each dog. When she went to pick them up she found that both dogs were not done the way she had given instructions they needed to be done. One of our dogs had his back end shaved to where he look more like a baboon than a dog. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I took one of my cats to a different place that had just opened, because it was a little closer to my house. BIG MISTAKE! The other place left my cat's coat uneven and did not even shave his stomach or underarms. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you have Persians, they can matte quickly in these places. I never have been back to the other place. I called Angel Paws and they fixed the disaster of a hair cut the other place had done. Angel Paws has never had or requested my cats to be sedated, when they were grooming them. My babies also always come back smelling so good. Cats take someone to be patient with them, as they can be a bit feisty and moody at times. They are the only place in town I will allow to touch my cats!
