Love this place. My dog is a regular and they absolutely adore her. They take such great care of her always.

I called them and wrote them a couple of weeks in advance that we were coming in for a few days in March and they said they could take our dog for doggy day care while we were there. As we got close to the time we were going to go I tried to make final arrangements and all of a sudden they come up with a problem that they don't have time to do the interview process. HOW RIDICULOUS!!! If they did not want to deal with a dog from out of town that would only be there for a few days they should have just said that at the beginning. Women i talked to on the phone was a heartless you know what and i wouldn't trust her with my dog regardless. read more

Took my dog to Camp Bow Wow in July... Was not at all pleased with their prices or their attention to my pet.... As I watched daily on the camera I could tell she was depressed. She was placed in a room with one other small dog. Just a small bare area with nothing else in the room that I could see. No toys, no water or any bedding of any kind. Couldn't make out if the gconcrete floor had any covering on it. I asked them to move her into some other kind of area with some activity which they did. It seemed to me the human attendant (s) in that room must have not been allowed to cuddle, pet or show any kind of affection toward the dogs or simply chose not to... The play area or activity area, can't remember the exact title, was sparse of any sort of play items. My dog spent most of her time lying on a concrete floor. I paid $15 extra for someone to show her some love or "cuddle time" as it was termed. Don't know if the price was $15 every time but I'm assuming it was. Not one time during her stay there did I see any employee pet or cuddle or show her any kind of attention. I requested she be groomed during her stay. She was not.... The price for her 2 1/2 week stay was over a thousand dollars. Someone termed Camp Bow Wow "the country club for dogs".... Only country club prices.. Think twice before you shell out a small fortune for this do nothing establishment for your dog.... read more

I am so impressed with the level of professional and caring reception I have received with my two Bulldogs named Hercules and Daisy Lu. The whole complex set up is top notch! They have pools outside along with climbing steps indoors. Also there are private rooms for them to let your pup rest. Besides taking pictures on their Facebook page you can see your doggie anytime on their live stream that I view from my app they share. Brooke and Shruti and the rest of the team are terrific! Thank you. read more

Definitely recommend this place. My dog is extremely hyper and has also been nervous lately after a recent vet visit so I was very hesitant to leave her overnight at a new place. However I had nothing to worry about as she was in great hands. To begin, everyone not only greeted my dog when we walked in but greeted her by name (even being her first visit). Every time I checked cameras she was wagging her tail and having a blast. They were extremely nice during pick up as well. I was checking out and my dog was being a hyper after seeing me and one of the employees was kind enough to even ask if I wanted him to hold her leash while I finished checking out. The entire staff was super amazing and I can't wait to take her back! read more

The best home away from home for your pups. You can tell people who genuinely love dogs work here. My dog Allie has been there multiple times for both daycare and overnight boarding. The facility is squeaky clean, and things are so well organized! The best feature has to be the pup cams! with a handy app, you can watch your pup have a great time socializing with other puppies. They screen every dog that comes in for temperament so you can rest assure that your pet is not around pups that play rough. and the front desk is super friendly and professional. They even texted me a log of her meals. not that I ever look forward to keeping my pups away from me, but knowing they are at CBW makes me sleep easy at night. Cant recommend this place enough. read more

This place is amazing I know I only worked here for about a week but I was driving from belton to Waco just be with the team! They really care about your animals! The management team take time to train the staff and work with them ! They do interviews and make sure your pets is safe whether you are a new customer or not they care about all dogs equally! I love how dogs have to be fixed and must have shots records they stay up to date on that! If I live in Waco I would of stayed longer and maybe open a location in belton in the future! This place is 100/100 you get more than what you pay for ! So thank you team for having me sorry I had to leave but I wish this company nothing but the best. read more
