If you have a big dog I would not recommend at all. The lady here told me she would be able to take…read moremy dog, I made sure and called before I went to her, she told me that I would might need to help her. ( mind you, before the appointment I asked for a grooming trim and shedding. And told her that my dog is only 9 months old and has been to a groomer before so he knows his way around the ropes) The whole time I was there the lady was complaining the whole time that he's too big and saying he was being a hassle, which I saw the whole thing and he wasn't even doing that bad, he was literally just being a dog in a bathtub. This was in the morning and she seemed very worn out just by giving my dog a bath. After that she dryed him off and brushed him and and she still made it seem like it was a hassle to deal with him. I started to get irritated at this point so I just start holding him and making it hopefully be for her. And I guess she just wanted to be done even though his paws, his tale and private parts weren't even trimmed and she just thought of this being a "bath appointment" which I never heard of. She did start trimming his feet and peepee area, after I asked. it's very blotchy and she was complaining the whole time while doing it. It's just if you can't do big dogs let people know instead of taking there money!!!

The dogs blowout should have been done a lot better and brushed out during the service. The furminator service should have taken a lot longer as it's blowout and brush repeatedly until the under coat is cleared out. So no hair in the vehicles but after this experience and paying what we paid. I will be going back to just taking our dogs to petsmart.
