And told her that my dog is only 9 months old and has been to a groomer before so he knows his way around the ropes) The whole time I was there the lady was complaining the whole time that he's too big and saying he was being a hassle, which I saw the whole thing and he wasn't even doing that bad, he was literally just being a dog in a bathtub. This was in the morning and she seemed very worn out just by giving my dog a bath. After that she dryed him off and brushed him and and she still made it seem like it was a hassle to deal with him. I started to get irritated at this point so I just start holding him and making it hopefully be for her. And I guess she just wanted to be done even though his paws, his tale and private parts weren't even trimmed and she just thought of this being a "bath appointment" which I never heard of. She did start trimming his feet and peepee area, after I asked. it's very blotchy and she was complaining the whole time while doing it. It's just if you can't do big dogs let people know instead of taking there money!!!

Even though this was an inconvenience, it was worth it because this service was excellent and the staff was very professional and ethical. Well I got into a pinch and I decided to give BFF another chance. Well I tried calling this morning and the phone went to voicemail with a promise of a return call. Well, that call never came after 6 hours. I called again at that time and again the voicemail. I never received a return call. I am very disappointed because this is a fall from the service I received when they were first opened.
