The last time being before our dog turned 2 and they said we don't need to bring him anymore for his weight because he will be done growing. well I've tried to pick up medicine on three occasions and I've been told I have to order it online now. which makes no sense if they just have given it to me in the past. I've been told they are already closed (five minutes before closing time, and the girls working had all already gotten off their computers and were clearly closing early and didn't want to do their jobs), and I've been told the medicine was re-stocked already within a few days of ordering it. terrible customer service, lazy employees, and the QR code they gave me to order the medicine takes you to a 404 bad gateway page, so terrible IT set up.

The dogs blowout should have been done a lot better and brushed out during the service. The furminator service should have taken a lot longer as it's blowout and brush repeatedly until the under coat is cleared out. Instead my wife still brushed the dog hair and almost filled half a trash bag with just loose hair on just our female dog. The service is convenient to not drive the dogs around to get groomed. So no hair in the vehicles but after this experience and paying what we paid. I will be going back to just taking our dogs to petsmart.
