They seemed... disorganized…read more My beloved Great Dane passed away suddenly 11-7-25 at 5:30am. Around 7:30am, I was finally able to compose myself somewhat, and called Paws In Paradise. They take calls 24/7, but the person taking the calls mentioned several times that I woke them up. When they asked his weight, and I said 200lbs., they said, "Oh no honey, they don't weigh that much". They asked again, same answer. Then asked, "OK, how much did he weigh at his last vet appointment?" My dog weighed 200 lbs. Then, "OK, we'll put 200 lbs." They were timely in picking him up and were very gentle with him. He was returned in a timely manner, with a lovely box, a keychain, some hair clipping and a nice card. The keychain had the wrong dates on it, so my son called, and with me on speaker phone, we gave them the correct dates and recieved another one. With a different date, also incorrect. They said they'd make another one, but I had to pick it up. They are over an hour away. I just didn't answer. It was too much at the time. Their prices were, bar none, the absolute lowest I could find. As it was sudden, I didn't have any money put away for this, so that helped immensely. I have my baby back with me now, that part went well. But I think they could be a tad more compassionate in their communications.

We called Briley and she came to collect Tiger on the day we called - which was a relief. She explained her services and the process, and then a couple weeks later arranged to bring him home on a day that worked for us. It has taken me a while to write this review, and it's still difficult even now, but I just want everyone to know that if this process is important to you, Briley is the way to go. I have so much to say about Bella's. 2 weeks ago I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my…read moreadult life, to say goodbye and put to rest my Babygirl, Xena. My family and I were devastated and trying to navigate setting everything up was exhausting. The original cremation service we were going to use was so expensive, and talking to them was so transactional and it hurt. I had a coworker recommendation to call Bella's "just to see" and I am so glad I called. Right away I knew they were different, whereas the other service kept referring to my sweet girl as "the dog" or "the pet", Laura stopped me right away and asked what her name was. That small act of kindness meant the world to me. We were doing home euthanasia and had issues with the original vet. Laura helped me, very last minute, to find a vet who would come out to see us, and it was a fraction of the cost. She was so kind and supportive through the whole process. She would even text to check in with me throughout the process. The day of June 5, 2025 Laura and her family were at our house early, so we wouldn't have to worry. They helped support through Xena's final moments. They showed her, and my whole family so much respect and kindness that I am tearing up writing this. After the vet left, Laura made sure to let me know to take my time, and properly say goodbye, allowing my son and other dogs to get closure. They helped us get pawprints, as they saw us all struggling. They put a pillow under her head, which made her look so peaceful as they were leaving. We had my sweet Xena back the next day, the facility was beautiful and I could see how much care they put into these animals and their families. I went with the Rose Package, and it was affordable and comparable to other cremation services. Her cedar chest is beautiful, and we had bracelet keepsakes that they filled for us as well. When I picked her up, Laura surprised me with a pillow. It was the pillow they had used to take my sweet girl to put her to rest. It was such a kind gesture, that I was not expecting at all. I am so grateful to have it. Overall, Laura and everyone else at Bella's Pet Cremation went above and beyond in every way. They treated us as family, and treated my sweet Xena as I expect they would have treated their own dogs. Saying goodbye to our fur family is never easy, but they helped to make it less painful.

The first time, the emergency vet worked with them and they sent me updates and delivered the remains after a couple weeks. Unfortunately, I lost another cat the day before Thanksgiving. It was unexpected and traumatic and I had no idea what to do. I knew everything would shut down for the holidays and I would not emotionally survive almost a week with my dead cat in my freezer. I called Peaceful Pets distraught and asked if there was anything I could do. They were closing early, but said if I got there ASAP, they could take his remains. I drove over and they were so nice. Even letting me take a few moments to say goodbye since it all happened so quickly. I got my remains about 3 weeks later delivered to my house, which is so convenient. The packaging was wonderful. The pricing was reasonable and I appreciate the more environmentally friendly cremation service. I hope I don't have to contact them again for a very long time, but I recommend them to others for sure!

She was approximately 8 weeks old and we loved her beyond measure. She had a sister and me and my sister both landed on Sabrina. God lead us to her and for what ever reason he knew she would need us. Approximately at 9 months old she started having some diarrhea and through a multitude of Vet and Animal Hospital visits testing would show she lymphoma. Rare for a pup. Our best prepared us for a rolller coaster if good days and bad days and we were absolutely blessed with really good days up until last week. On a business trip my sister called and said Sabrina wasn't feeling well and was laying down in the corner of the laundry room. She never slept in there. I arrived back home Wednesday morning and she didn't come to the door to greet as she always did. I went to her and she was at her normal place underneath my chair and I gently greeted her and she wiggled her little tale. She died 12 hours later. Her little body had enough. She was our best Friend and we loved her deeply. Her big sissy has been looking for her everyday. At 3:00 am I discovered Precious Pets Crematory and completed their online inquiry. 7:00 am the owner called me. He was awesome and talked me through the options. I told him I would be there by 10:00 and said his daughter would be waiting on me. When I arrived she was kind and understanding. She could see and feel our pain. We received word that Sabrina was ready to be picked up today. Coordinated a time and it went exceptionally well. Not only did we get an engraved urn, but they included her paw print and a sample of her hair. Me and my sister cried...bawled. My last words to This very sweet lady was that I hope I never see her again. Lovingly she understood what I was saying. In life, the love we have for our pets last us a lifetime.
