We called Briley and she came to collect Tiger on the day we called - which was a relief. She explained her services and the process, and then a couple weeks later arranged to bring him home on a day that worked for us. We were very touched by the package that his cremains came in, with sweet imprints of his paw and nose. These provided me with unexpected comfort. Briley's services really made a difference when we were/are grieving the loss of a cherished pet and companion. I highly recommend her.

When I was planning his cremation, the one thing I was afraid of is that the the facility will feel like hospital garbage disposal. He was my best friend and I wanted this grim process to be at least dignified. To my relief, with Briley I got just that - a peaceful, clean place outside the city to say goodbye. Absolutely worth the hour-long drive. It was quiet out there. The building was a large barn-like structure with a big cremation unit in the middle of a very large space. The unit was made of stone with a steel door... Clean and solid. I felt like I did right by him... It has taken me a while to write this review, and it's still difficult even now, but I just want everyone to know that if this process is important to you, Briley is the way to go. I got lucky that in my grief I somehow managed to stumble down the right path. Thank you, Briley. And thank you for his nose print.. I had no idea how much it was going to mean to me to have it.

A different person showed up at my house who wasn't the person that they told me that was coming. My dog was in severe distress and pain. and the helper that was supposed put my baby in my car dropped my dog! and then put him in the back of my vehicle. They take calls 24/7, but the person taking the calls mentioned several times that I woke them up. When they asked his weight, and I said 200lbs., they said, "Oh no honey, they don't weigh that much". They asked again, same answer. Then asked, "OK, how much did he weigh at his last vet appointment?" My dog weighed 200 lbs. Then, "OK, we'll put 200 lbs." They were timely in picking him up and were very gentle with him. He was returned in a timely manner, with a lovely box, a keychain, some hair clipping and a nice card. The keychain had the wrong dates on it, so my son called, and with me on speaker phone, we gave them the correct dates and recieved another one. With a different date, also incorrect. They said they'd make another one, but I had to pick it up. They are over an hour away. I just didn't answer. It was too much at the time. Their prices were, bar none, the absolute lowest I could find. As it was sudden, I didn't have any money put away for this, so that helped immensely. I have my baby back with me now, that part went well. But I think they could be a tad more compassionate in their communications.

Oliver had passed away that morning at our house and I was able to book a same day pick up. Oliver was picked up in a beautiful wicker basket with fresh flowers and brought back to us in the urn we picked out with his name added to everything. It all turned out so personalized, so beautiful and I am so very thankful. Thank you!

I originally called Stardust at the number on the website, but it went to voicemail. The voicemail mentioned sending a text, and that is truly an ideal communication style when you are close to tears at any moment. After texting the same number, Oscar, the owner, immediately texted back. He provided clear communication that was informative and helpful, but in caring and empathetic way. He was also willing to work his schedule to accommodate mine, which was appreciated. All of my communication with Oscar occurred over text with the exception on picking Bellatrix up and then bringing her back. Is Oscar as amazing in person as he is via text? Yes!!! He exudes empathy and kindness. It is evident that he really cares about the work that he is doing. In addition to great communication and stellar customer service, Oscar's care and compassion were truly personified in the final presentation of my cat. A custom wooden tag was made for Bellatrix's urn. Along with her urn, I was provided with a paw print, a vial of her fur, a vial of whiskers, and a sweet bunch of real flowers. 10 out of 10 recommend.
