He listens and responds with helpful treatment and makes suggestions to help me get back to my normal functioning level. He has been wonderful with my husband, Kenneth who has Parkinson's and who he has also seen many times. Kris is sensitive and considerate and is always including therapy that is helpful to his changing needs. He has been a godsend and we are both so grateful. Only a few weeks later, I now have full range of motion and zero pain. Beyond being knowledgeable and professional, Konrad and team are friendly, supportive and encouraging. I would not recommend this center for treatment especially if you are seeking continued therapy for a child with special needs. I also feel that there behavior was also driven by racial discrimination.

Carlie showed up with a beautiful smile on her face every appointment. She has a can do attitude and would listen patiently to any health concerns I had. Patiently, she would answer positively and always offer any help possible. One stair step was difficult but she made it fun. She would say "It was a once in a lifetime accident, it happens. Don't be worried. You will get stronger. I will help you feel confident on the stairs again." She provided me non-stop hope and cheered me every time I was able to do more. I passed my test and Carlie will be cheering someone else along. Her beautiful spirit fills your room and air with encouragement. Carlie said goodbye and offered a hand up if I needed it in the future. She wanted me to feel comfortable becoming independent again. I have been profoundly blessed by the presence of this beautifully spirited angel in my life!! At first, I felt that I didn't need a therapist. I didn't want a serious, self centered person showing up. I was terribly incorrect because Carlie was from a different mold. She made me look forward to getting strong again. She understood my medical trauma which I was recovering from, too! If I could give Carlie 20 stars, I would. I feel stronger and more confident and don't feel frightened going up my stairs. I can hear Carlie's helpful advice all the time telling me to slow down/pay attention/be more aware. I would rush doing ten things at once. There is an apparent disconnect between the doctors and patient expectations with the staff. I would suggest the doctors; but go to a different office. The experience I had with the Union office was the best ever. The experience I had with the Linden office was the worst. The office staff is not honest; nor do they care (except for the surgical coordinators - they are great). Once again - doctors yes - Linden office - not if you want to be frustrated, aggravated, or deceived.

The young man knows his craft Hunter and the office are very nice. They call you up to schedule your next week appointment and actually when you're availability it all goes so smoothly, they are very professional but my PT guy brian in the morning when he will come to the home I'll be waiting for him so I can ask him what's wrong with my leg and he would explain it to the point where I would know OK it's not all in my head and he would work it out 6 1/2 months later I am walking. I am going up and downstairs. I am doing squats. I'm doing leg lifts the first 3months. Were rough, but my PT instructor was on point. I am so grateful that he was understanding.
