Discovered recently that they used "inside wood" not outside wood for railings on porch. They just used 4x2 and did even try to replicate the original railing. I had a very experienced carpenter fix ALL my railings (and replicate) for over 1K less.

Very happy with the subs they picked and their on site guys were very courteous and conscientous. Sometimes they would suggest things I hadn't thought of that would make it look better. Not professional or decent. I had sent the pictures of the damaged roof the day before, os which they could have cancelled or indicated they were not interested or able to provide roof work.
