He would not return calls. Did not complete the work, it's been over a year. I understand the company has had a lot to contend with with Covid, costs, and likely other unknowns. However, the complete unresponsiveness to calls is the issue that is easily resolved. Mind you we're not calling daily, or even weekly, we get an occasional text saying he'll call right back, but then nothing. it's disappointing at best, but now leaves us having an unfinished job and having to find another contractor.
