I texted Jae for a leaking toilet and shower on Saturday and he was able to schedule me for an inspection and appointment on Sunday morning. Not only was he able to inspect, re-caulk the shower, and replace the toilet wax ring, he provided pricing for all services upfront. Jae has always been extremely honest and quick to respond. He's the only plumber I call. read more

Our water heater has been dripping for 2 days and leaving a puddle of water in the garage. As I looked closer, finally I saw the drainage valve drooping out water one droplet at a time, sometimes faster and sometimes slower. I was hoping to get it fixed over the weekend and that it was the only issue based on my YouTube research. I described the problem and Yelp automatically sent out my request for quote to 4 other companies, none of them were Jae Pro. So I was quite surprised when Jae Pro messaged me with a quote based on my problem description. At first I thought it was a scam and I questioned how did he get my info as they were in Fremont and I'm all the way in the west side of the bay. Jae was very patient with me and explained how he found my business and provided his license info. They are new and he doesn't mind coming over free of charge on Saturday morning. I asked him to come over at 9am and he showed up 8:58am. It was a rare quality according to my husband because most contractors would just give you a 2-4 hours time slot and they show up late (as we experienced with another plumber for a second opinion.) Jae got to the problem quickly and came back with the quote that exactly matched what he provided over Yelp. Since he came all the way over, he was willing to wait for my second guy's opinion so I could have a balanced opinion. In the end I hired Jae to do the part replacement (while another vendor told me to get rid of the water heater all together and gave me a $1600 quote), he was willing to negotiate the price and got the job done quickly. He's on time, he's courteous, he gets the job done and I would recommend him! read more

We needed easier access to the bathtub for showering or bathing our 1yo. I called several bathtub remodeling places and they were all pricey for removing the doors. I was so glad to have found this place. The price was fair and reasonable. Jason responded to my call quickly. He was able to come the next day and got the job done! We did the work for our kid, but it turned out also making the bathroom look so much cleaner and nicer! read more

Tried to shower at night, no hot water. Contacted Jae, he came the following morning. We were for sure expecting to hear that we need to replace water heater as its old, (20+ years). Any other plumber would as its a bigger upsale. Jae took one look at our heater and said, "hope we dont have to replace it, let me try this". Went off to get parts and came back and repaired it. We saved at least a $1000. 13/10 will recommend, very very ethical business owner. read more

Called Jae again to install my new Waterdrop RO water filtration system. He first came to inspect and gave really helpful suggestions. Since moving in 2017, I had barely used our garbage disposal, so I decided to remove it and install the RO system for our newborn and the whole family. Jae guided me in picking the right filter and did a smooth, professional installation. I'm super happy with the unit and his work. Highly recommend Jae if you need a reliable, skilled plumber! read more

I had a great experience with JAE Pro Plumbing & Rooter. My water heater failed and I first went through Lowe's for a replacement quote. The company they referred quoted me nearly $5,000 for the installation, which seemed extremely high. I searched Yelp for other options and reached out to Jae. He responded quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and was able to schedule the installation the very next day. He replaced my 40-gallon gas water heater, hauled away the old unit, and installed new hot and cold water supply lines. The work was completed professionally, everything was left clean, and the price was exactly what was quoted. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. If you're looking for a responsive, honest plumber with fair pricing, I would definitely recommend JAE Pro Plumbing & Rooter. Thank you, Jae! read more

Quick response. Very professional and efficient. Fixed my kitchen clog perfectly and patiently. Not only cleared the clean out but also the disposal under the sink with very reasonable price. Thanks Joe read more

Value quality was excellent. He immediately started work on the spot once we agreed on the cost. This was a cracked clay sewer pipe repair under 3+ ft deep on my lawn. He put in a 2 way T and clean out with a cap and put it all in a rectangle access box level with my lawn. He explained how the low spot in my yard was not an ideal place to plant a tree because the root would drown. He cleaned up the area before leaving. His price was lower than other bids and the work was excellent. I highly recommend. He also does cleaning of the entire sewer line for $300. read more

We had kitchen sink clogged on Christmas Eve and we've attempted to fixed ourselves but no luck. Close to the midnight, I've reached the help on Yelp and Jae responded right away and was able to come in the next morning on Christmas Day, one of few that can come on Christmas Day. He kept good communications and arrived on time (8am), and immediately spotted the issue right away. He charged fairly, the cost ended up lower than what others were quoted for flat rate. He charged based on the degrees of issue. I would highly recommend his service to others. read more

Thank you Jae to keep answering my phone calls as he came first time to check for our kitchen sink clogged. He also found out we need to install clean out for future access. Before I landed with Jae I got a few other quotes. Others wanted upwards of $200 plus an hour and some couldn't even come until 2 days later. But when I called Jae, Rachel was very nice and professional. I told her the problem and she quoted me a price for the project, not by the hour and told me they can come same day. When the technician showed up, forgot his name, he was very courteous and professional. Gave me a couple of options and finished the job fairly efficiently. I would recommend using Jae pro for your plumbing needs. read more

Jae is amazing! I don't usually write reviews, but he definitely deserves one. The other day, while I was getting ready for work in the early morning, I noticed that there was water all over the floor in my garage. I realized there was a leak coming from my water heater. I called several businesses, but Jae was the only one who answered my call right away and provided an estimate over the phone. He also gave me advice on how to prevent further flooding before he arrived. Once he got there, he was able to identify the problem and offered different solutions with their costs. I chose to purchase a new water heater, and he helped me decide which brand would be the best. Jae is very efficient and detail-oriented with the installation. I definitely recommend him for any emergencies and repairs. read more
